We are out-of-towners (Floridians) with a love for good local restaurants. Found Le Mu on Google based on its reviews and it was totally worth the wait to get in. It did not disappoint. Portions are great and the flavors are delicious! Staff is sweet, friendly, and fast. Plenty of gluten free and vegan options which were perfect for my family of 5 diverse eaters!

The food here was great! I and a family member got egg sandwiches.
The sourdough was some of the best bread I've ever had. Super puffy and wispy, while still holding together in a sandwich. 10/10 sandwich. Seriously amazing.
The other sandwich we got was an egg sandwich with gluten free bread. Unfortunately, the gluten free bread was quite dense and a bit undertoasted. But the stuff inside the sandwich was still pretty good. My family member ended up eating their gluten free sandwich with just one slice of that dense bread, instead of eating both.
The building has a public restroom, very clean.
The atmosphere was nice. A bunch of seating, and there were a lot of people inside eating and ordering. The eating area isn't a very large room, all the tables are pretty close to each other.
There were many options for food. Lots of different breads, danishes, and pastries, and some gluten free options too. And they had Maine Root soda products, which are always great.
Food came out quickly, and the staff were nice to talk with.

WOW, WOW, WOW!!! Gluten Free Peeps, this place is a paradise !!! I have not had an ice cream cone for the past 6 years after learning of my gluten sensitivity. Sugar Shack has gluten free ice cream cones!!! They also have gluten free burger & hot dog buns, and pizza!!! The service was stupendous too! They have lots of outdoor seating and even have lawn toys for the kids to play with in the big back field. If you are in Bethel, Sugar Shack is a must!!

Grocery selection and ready to go foods are what get five stars from me. There is always enough available for snacks and a meal for later. So this is a must stop before or after a day outdoors. The hot to go foods are what bring us in after a day skiing or mountain biking. We never have reservations for the restaurants so this is all we can get when we are hungry and they never let us down! Kombucha and gluten free foods, fresh veggies and fruit, gluten free pasta and rice to cook for dinner later, chicken parm and other classics ready to heat up. Burritos for any meal of the day. Delicious soups. There’s also wine and beer, bulk snacks and dry goods, frozen treats as well as local meats. A little bit of everything, we can always find something to fit our dietary restrictions and fill us up when we’re hungry!
This bright, inviting diner features natural light-filled spaces and a welcoming atmosphere. While gluten-free options are limited, the staff's attentive service and fresh vegetable offerings create a comfortable setting for those seeking gluten-free dining.

We ate here because my gluten free app guided me here. I was disappointed to find out that I was only limited to an omelet or gluten free bread. There is no dedicated grill and so anything cooked on the grill (bacon, eggs, hashbrowns) are NOT celiac or cross contamination safe!!! The omelet I did try was decent, but not the best. It was a very busy day, so the servers were working very hard to get everyone taken care of.

Stopped in with the family for a meal as our first choice had an hour+ wait. We were sat immediately in the terrace area. Our server (Sam) was super nice and she took excellent care of us. Service in general was outstanding. We had the chicken tender appetizer and a wedge salad. Tenders were perfectly prepared and the sauces were great. The wedge was very good, served with chunks of bacon, but it is served on a paste of olives, roasted peppers, and onions. The pesto chicken sandwich had a great flavor, but chicken was a little overcooked. The cheeseburger was okay, not great, but they had gluten free rolls, which was a plus. The scallops were very good and they accommodated my onion aversion with a swiss chard base. they had a nice cocktail menu and a good selection of drafts and beer by the bottle/can.
It was a great outing and we would definitely come again.

Skiing at Mt Abram’s with a scout troop and 16 people to feed - we just spent $250 to feed us all after a long day of snow skiing. Everyone’s sitting around the wood stove smiling as the snow falls around us.
Ribs / brisket had good bark, was made fresh.

I am a pub kind of guy! And this one did not disappoint! We came in for dinner after a long day of lounging on a rainy day in December. The pub is located in the basement of the Sudsbury Inn. The pub was crowded, but the atmosphere was laid-back and pretty chill. We were greeted and sat after about 5 minutes. Big wood tables, a large bar in the middle of the space, and a stage and dance floor. We all got drinks. I especially loved the Pabst Blue Ribbon $2.50 draft special! Everyone of the 5 of us enjoyed their meals. We had the baked Haddock (2 orders). Nicely done and served with rice and veggies. (We had one made gluten free without the bread crumbs.) I had the Carnivore pizza. I have to say, I am from NY and a bit of a pizza snob, but the pizza was surprisingly good. The small pie was more than enough for me and to share. Crust was great, perfectly cooked and topped with ham, pepperoni and sausage. We also had the veggie burrito (which was huge and loaded with cheese on the outside!). We added grilled chicken. My son had the haddock sandwich, which he loved and the sweet potato fries, which were excellent. I would have liked a maple dip.
The service was excellent and friendly. A live musician played a couple of sets while we were there and we thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment, food and atmosphere of the pub. This may become our go to place when we come back!
