Such a great place to go relax and feel welcome. Food is always on point, and I can tell the proprietor and chef puts love into the food. If you have food preferences/allergies like celiac, dairy, vegan, or whatever you can rest assured that this place also has an allergen menu, which is basically the same menu without spatzel or has marked allergens on the item. The staff is always super helpful and kind. Eating here is just the best. I hope you like sausage tho

They are always so super friendly and amazingly accommodating with my gluten allergy, it is one of the few places I feel safe eating and not risk cross contamination. Food is always amazing too!!

This is the best food I've had in Maryland. Extremely flavorful and big portions. Freshh mint in my lassi was above and beyond. Seriously, if you're gluten free and/or vegetarian or vegan you have got to come here. This is definitely our place to go every time we're in town from now on. I'm going to be seeing that veggie pakora in my dreams LOL. The Indian coffee was also superb.

I went to Noodle and Company today and they didn't have zucchini noodles and I have a gluten allergy. The employees were super helpful with getting gluten free pasta and making sure it was safe for me. They were very friendly and I had a wonderful experience with yummy food!

I went gluten free about six years ago and one of the food items that always falls short is gluten free rolls for subs. That was until I found out Jersey Mike's had gluten free subs. I went to this location based on a friend's recommendation and wow! Their gluten free roll is awesome. I got the chipotle chicken, which was amazing. It is very filling so be careful ordering a full instead of a half.

I have Celiac, which is easiest to explain as a severe gluten allergy (even though that’s not what it is), and I decided to try this place and see if it was somewhere that I could safely eat. I was thrilled to find out that they can safely prepare food for people with allergies. They got new containers of any toppings that I wanted for my chicken and rice bowl. Their website clearly lists what foods are gluten free. It is such a treat to go out to eat and feel safe while enjoying delicious food. Thank you Hummus Mediterranean Grill!!

I am gluten free and thought it to be impossible to ever find pasta to eat and enjoy outside of my home. My daughter took me to Olive Garden for Mother's Day and I was overjoyed to have their gf pasta with marinara sauce. It was delicious and I will return. Now if they get gf breadsticks to go with that, well now, that would be extra special.

It takes some serious research before going to the restaurant to know if something is gluten-free. They should have a gluten-free menu on their website as well as in their store, understanding of course that offerings change so maybe just something on the wall or a printed paper that tells what items are available that are gluten free. Anyway after some research I got turkey chili and tomato cucumber basil salad. The turkey chili had a really nice amount of spice in it but the beans were a tad hard. Now even with the beans being a tad hard I would still give the chili in 8 out of 10 because the seasoning was that on point and it was gluten-free so I could have lunch. The tomato cucumber basil salad was almost exactly what I make it home except chunks instead of slices. And if you head over to Panera avoid it like the plague between 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. on Sunday. There's just way too many people after church on Sunday.

Very nice staff, delicious menu with good variety. They have gluten free options, but not great if you are celiac and vegetarian. We had a salad that was so good because of the quality of the lettuce. My niece ordered it and said you guys have to try this. So we were taking pieces of lettuce and eating it like chips and salsa And she was right It was crazy good. Being excited about lettuce is now a family joke 🥰

I was in town for my birthday and wanted a sweet gluten free treat. I called and Michele said she had some chocolate, vanilla and confetti cupcakes available. We stopped and picked up a couple. They were very tasty and she was kind and accommodating. So happy I could enjoy my birthday and not feel restricted.

The portions are generous. I shared a very fresh greek salad and a small thin crust gluten free pizza (loaded with good toppings) easily with someone else. The waitress split the salad into 2 bowls and they were still full. My friend got the child's portion of the parmesan chicken meal (which came on a full plate of spaghetti)and could not eat it all - it came with 2 big pieces of crusty garlic bread. They use Styrofoam leftover containers - another option is bringing your own container. My Mom's tacos were ok. She liked the pizza better! The decor is thoughtful and enhances the dining experience. Our average cost per person was about $10-$13.

In the theater district of Frederick. Good food, service, cozy atmosphere. Good place for those with gluten free or vegan diets but also good for those without dietary restrictions. Yum!

This was by far the most amazing gluten free dairy free cake I have ever eaten. I have never tasted such an amazing cake that was GF. Highly recommend for those who may have special dietary needs. I would have NEVER known this wasnt a regular cake! WOW

We’ve got a couple of people in our house who have gluten issues. It has been so refreshing to find a place that offers a variety of well seasoned Gluten Free options including pizzas, pastas, subs and cake! They even have GF chicken tenders and can make GF chicken Parmesan (HIGHLY recommend)! It was so good that I had to panic call to verify it was definitely GF. Customer service has always been top notch. We’ve been frequenting for over 2 years now and haven't been disappointed yet.

Passing through and stopped for lunch. Mexican is generally good for kid-friendly and gluten free options. We were not disappointed. We were seated and ordered quickly. Service was pleasant and prompt. Food was very good. We will keep in mind next time we venture this way.

My wife has celiac disease and the guy here went out of his way to make sure the syrups were safe. This is now our coffee source for Hagerstown!

Mimi was wonderful and the food was muy deliciosa. My family is gluten free and she made sure they cleaned the grill and changed their gloves before preparing our pupusas. I highly recommend this place.

Had the rare beef pho, gluten free. Service was knowledgeable re: allergies. Pho was delicious. Must stop spot! Unsure about overall safety for celiacs, but I did not have a reaction to the pho.

The atmosphere for a Christmas gathering in such a small area is the only reason for my lower rating! I would come back here with family and friends in a heartbeat!
