So I am gluten free, and did not think that I would find anything to eat here, and was surprised when I did. The omelets were amazingly good, the GF muffins were to die for. they were not dry, had flavor, and did not tast like cardboard.
The staff was nice and friendly. Its a great place to start your you day.
Fantastic dishes with plenty of options, and the scallop risotto and fig/goat cheese salad are must-tries for a delightful experience!

Great food and lots of options for anyone needing Gluten Free food. All GF items are marked and our server (Devan) was knowledgeable about which items were gluten free. We were informed that the gluten free pizza is cooked in the same oven as regular pizza, so it is not safe for anyone with an allergy or celiacs.
Had the Scallop Risotto and Fig/Goat Cheese salad. Both were amazing. Service from Devan was fantastic. Highly recommended and we look forward to returning.
Fantastic food. Don't pass on this place because of size or location. Not a large place, main business is takeout. However, the seated our party of ten. This is out of their eighteen seats. We had one person with gluten issues and another with soy issues. They were every accommodating, answering question about ingredients so our party could eat safely. Now to the food. Everything was cooked and seasoned very well. We really enjoyed ourselves. Again, DO NOT PASS ON THIS PASS. You will be missing some great food. We went to a highly rated waterfront restaurant near by the next evening. All in the part said this place was better. Enjoy, we did.

Amazing food! Sushi is great, we always get large pieces of fresh sushi for a great price. The staff is wonderful and they do great with gluten free requests.
My husband and I have eaten at Heritage 485 four different times. Twice for dinner and twice for brunch. Every single time, we have been blown away by the taste and quality of the food. The service has always been wonderful, quick and professional.
My husband and I took our parents and grandmothers here for dinner last week. My mom, who has celiac disease, had many gluten-free options to choose from. She had the pot roast and absolutely loved it!
This is our new favorite restaurant! It is a nice change from the chain restaurants that are all over Prince Frederick.
