I had a TERRIBLE experience at this location. Pam and Katie (I think these are the managers names) appear to mistreat both their employees and their guests. I was sitting at my table and they came over because I was allergic to gluten. They put on a whole show of how much they cared and tried to act genuine but immediately after she walked away I overheard her talking badly about me and my son. As someone who just wanted to get food with my kids this is not what I deserved. I have heard many negative things about the management at this location after looking into it. I DO NOT recommend eating here.

I really appreciate the young man that waited on our table we are at the restaurant around 1215 I can't express how patient he was because I have a gluten sensitivity and lactose free diet he treated me with respect and I felt bad I took up all his time since he has others tables. Our quests were impressed with food we had today thank you. I hope this waiter gets a huge raise he deserves it I mean he is willing to work with me I know he is very good to have as your team member as I have worked in a restaurant before and he was outstanding to put it lightly great job 😄

Good coffee. Loved the gluten free waffle with apple and caramel! Hubby got the ham and cheese but preferred the flavors of mine. Seating was mostly full so we had to sit by the open window and it was a bit cool. The center table was not accessible because it had a line of people waiting to order. Would love to go again at a less busy time.
We ordered a party pizza and a gluten free pizza to feed a group of 9 teen boys and 3 adults. Our pizzas were delicious and cooked perfectly! Everyone was full and happy with their meal!

A menu that is like a sushi 'chipotle'. Different options as a rice bowl, 'burrito' (in large sushi roll style), or salad bowl. Some set mixes or build your own. Sauces include ones with soy sauce but also the gluten free option of sweet chili sauce.
They also have big warm bowls of noodles/ramen. Perfect in cold weather.
Affordable with standout sauce and a focus on quality, this spot is perfect for a quick lunch break while shopping.

As I work in the mall, Jet’s is my go-to place for lunch. EVERYTHING is affordable and even gluten-free options for my sister to enjoy.
The sauce is the best part! I have a great experience with staff every time I stop in. I can always tell that customer service and quality is important to them.
This is easily the best restaurant in Mount Pleasant. I am gluten free and this restaurant, while not having a separate gluten free menu, does do a great job at ensuring that a gluten free meal is truly gluten free. The food is generally excellent, and they have an excellent selection of drinks as well.
I require a gluten free diet so eating out can be difficult but Qdoba makes it so easy and enjoyable!! The food is fresh and delicious and the staff is friendly, and professional.
Fifth time dining here. We are about 1.5 hours away from home. We were so impressed the last time we were in town we had to come back! We were not disappointed. Staff is so friendly and the is extremely clean. Food is amazing. Salsa and chips awesome. Make sure you try the queso fundito and cheese dip. Chips and corn tortillas are gluten free as well. I special order a pulled pork chimichanga with cheese sauce, a ground beef burrito with red sauce and cheese! 😋 The Taquitos are amazing, enchiladas too. The enchilada sauce is a very mild one, more of a tomato base . The chicken inside of the burrito/enchilada is like a pulled chicken; very tender, moist and yummy. Come with an appetite because portions are generous!

The staff was very friendly and outgoing! Our chef was amazing and very understanding of our groups gluten-free and shellfish allergies. The food was yummy. Reason for 4 for service, we had our fried rice on our plate before we got our salads and soup (that's not typical), feedback for the staff. Overall, great experience!
We were very happy with our food. They don't have a gluten free menu but they do have a gluten free pizza. It was awesome. I don't have Celiac's just gluten intolerance so I'm not sure if it's Celiac's friendly.
They also have tons of craft beer on tap. They grow there on hops and CMU's brewing Dept has some of their beers on their menu.
This branch has shown repeated disregard for the mask mandates. They continue to not require their employees to wear masks despite the fact that cases are going up significantly in our area with the return of college students.
It is truly a shame because it is one of the only places I can get a good gluten free pizza. They may do a decent job against cross contamination of food allergens, but they fail at reducing the spread of the virus.
I have been in the store And witnessed this multiple times and can not justify going back anymore with the repeated negligence I have seen. A month ago another customer wrote a similar review on their Facebook page, however their apology and commitment to being better are just empty words.
So this place is a GEM. We found it by looking up Vegan options in the area. They have a whole section of the menu dedicated to Vegans/ Vegetarians. If any of you are vegan, you know how hard it is to find food options in Michigan. The staff here is so well versed in knowing what foods are vegan and what can be made/ substituted for it. They also have gluten free mock chicken as well and it's phenomenal. Get the cashew mock chicken and you won't be disappointed. We periodically plan trips up here just so we can go to this restaurant lol.
This place is amazing! The food is always great and the people are super nice every time. They even have lots of gluten-free options . A great place to go if you want good food.
