One of if not the best pizza buffet I've ever been to. They offer gluten free pizzas for sale too! My favorite was the chicken bacon ranch, but the jalapeño popper pizza was a good second. This is a must visit

The food was excellent! Tasted great, was the right temperature, excellent service! The only downside was that they have stopped serving the tilapia- even though it was still on the menu. Also, gluten free menus were outdated. The upside is that gluten free options are now included on the regular menu so that is a plus now.

typically we have nothing but good experiences with this place. our most recent trip was not the case. we weren't asked about any special pizza requests (which is their standard). my daughter's gluten free pizza came with a vastly undercooked crust to the point where we just waited to get it home and finish the cooking process. we will go back someday because this rough experience is the exception rather than the rule. the soft serve ice cream is the best ever and the new chocolate dessert pizza also ain't too shabby!

We are so lucky to have a restaurant like Flank Steakhouse here in Hutch. I’ve eaten at Manny’s, Murray along with Butcher and the Bore. Flank is on par with any of the great steakhouses in the cities. My wife cannot eat gluten and they have been able to accommodate here every time we have gone. Not just some bare bones meal, I’m talking their regular dishes just slightly modified if needed. I’ve seen some comments about there being a long wait for the food. But let’s be honest here, they opened up in the summer of 2021. They haven’t even been open for a year yet. Also if you go to one of the “nice” steakhouses listed above you will have similar wait times. Your not eating at Applebee’s where they just microwave your meal. I wish these guys all the best and hope they will be serving the Hutch area for years to come.

This the only safe gluten free restaurant in Hutchinson that truly is gluten free. My wife have eaten here at least once a week while we stayed there. She has never gotten sick. And that makes us both happy.
