For some reason, finding a good diner is harder than it needs to be. Stumbled into Ettlins today and it definitely qualifies as a find, but in all the right ways. The staff hustled, the food made from scratch (which the staff and a sign took care to advise meant meals took a little more time to make, which was a fair heads up), the meals were excellent, the coffee likewise excellent (try the Honeybee coffee, which is saying something because I normally just like my coffee black), etc. One of our party has to be gluten free, and Ettlins completely took care of it with an omlet that was very, very good.. We will definitely be back as they've earned the business.
Love the raspberry oat bars! That Is normally the only thing there that is gluten-free. Sometimes they have gluten-free cupcakes or chocolate cake. They just tend to only have the raspberry oat bars on Saturdays when I go there. I’m just happy they have an option for me and it is delicious. They also have fantastic lemonade! They don’t always have it listed on their menu board so you have to ask if they have it. They can also add in flavors to the lemonade. They have a lot of choices for add ins. The staff is always very friendly as well. Best bakery in New Prague!
Went there for the first time and it far exceeded my expectations! The menu had something for everyone in our gluten-free, vegetarian, and meat-eating group. The service was fantastic and friendly and the food was fast.
We had a very tasty dinner the other night. Myself as well as several other family members are gluten free and we all manage to find something on the menu. The sandwiches can be made gluten free and they have a very tasty gluten free bun that can be substituted for regular bread or buns.
Recently I had the grilled cheese with brisket on the gluten free bun and it was very good! We’ll definitely be going back as it’s a nice change.
Nice place to eat in New Prague! Enjoyed the patio, well landscaped included a water pond, nice touch. Food and drinks were good, excellent friendly service, fair prices and some healthier options including gluten free. Steak tacos😍
I like that they have a gluten free option, I just wish it wasn't the brand name "udi's" as IMO it's not the greatest. Get the garlic white sauce on the side- so good! And they now have stuffed crust!
This review is going to sound weird. Almost every order I've had since they opened has had an issue. But they are extremely nice about the mistakes and do what they can to fix them. I have to order the gluten free pizza and it is my favorite GF pizza from a chain restaurant.
