Mama Ramen is my go-to ramen place in the Kansas City area! They are always very fast and accurate with orders. I am a big fan of the variety of options for each section of the menu (protein, broth, toppings, etc.) Another big perk is that they have rice ramen noodles for those of us who are gluten-free eaters.
