LOVE this place as a Celiac person. The staff is friendly and they are very welcoming, asking you the right questions. The food is delicious and I visit here every time I am in Billings to either dine in or grab one of their scrumptious bakery items.

Loved it here, staff was kind and knowledgeable about what gluten is, and reassured that it was cooked separately. There were lots of options for GF foods clearly labled on the menu. The food is very, very good and comes in large portions. The staff notified us when putting in our order that food takes a little longer to get, because it's all made fresh in the kitchen, I personally didn't think it was much longer waiting time than anywhere else I've been before. The waitress did say that since the food is made to order you can also modify the dish and leave things out or substitute if that's something you like.

Was my first time there with three others. After shopping took time for lunch. It was very good. All enjoyed their individual selection. I had the stuffed french toast. Someone had a sandwich and soup, another had the burger. We have one who is gluten free, she enjoyed her meal as well.

Everything was fantastic! And they were very accommodating of my gluten-free diet (celiac). The waiter knew exactly what was safe for me to eat, and what wasn't. Very reassuring. 😊 I had the Bison Burger with a lettuce wrap and the burger was perfect! Cooked exactly as ordered and perfectly delicious. I ordered the side salad, and and was recommended the house vinegarette dressing. I would highly recommend you go with that if you order a salad. Very unique but very good. The ciders were equally good, I ordered an flight and the "Jonathan" was by far my favorite. I'm not often in Billings, but when I'm back I'll certainly visit Last Chance again!

I've gone to Elegant Spatula twice now for my mom who had to have a sugar & gluten-free dessert and they never disappoint! This weekend was a last minute date and everyone was booked out. This baker made time to make a special cake/cheesecake for my mom's special diet needs. Thank y'all so very much! I'll always recommend your business!

The food was excellent. I had a 7 inch pizza with 3 toppings. My girlfriend is a gluten-free eater she said the gluten-free was tasty as well.

The food and beer are incredible!! Good gluten free options. The ahi tuna salad is incredible: fresh crisp lettuce, seared ahi, and a dressing that is unforgettable! love the sliders with a side of mac and cheese (you can get both on 1 kids tray and it will feed 2 small kids). Meatloaf sandwich (not GF) is also highly recommended!

I try to go here every trip I make to Billings. Love the brisket, chicken, coleslaw and potato salad....which are all gluten free. Free soft serve ice cream, which I try not to get but it is so good :). Service has always been fast and pleasant. Thank you!
