Just had a delivery from the location (via their official website), 2 different meals. First meal is fine, second meal is Gluten Free Allergy alert all over it. My wife notices the gluten free bun seems too fluffy and peels some off to verify before eating it and she's too concerned to keep eating. I call the location, they confirm that they are out of gluten free buns so there is no way a bun in my order is gluten free, and that it should have either subbed for lettuce or no bun, but there is definitely a non-gluten free bun in the meal plastered with allergy alerts all over it. Now the hostess was also quite upset for me and I was quite heated. She offered to refund the entire meal, which great we got our money back, but the fact that a gluten allergy meal was sent a gluten bun is wild and unacceptable. 1 star. Absolutely delicious food. Tastes just like the pasta I ate while visiting Rome. A major plus is they are very gluten free friendly so if you have Celiac or are gluten sensitive they have a lot of delicious options.

Our family has Celiac. I used to trust the gluten-free practices but the last few times I ordered they give me breaded chicken. Tonight the order was messed up again and the manager didn't seem to understand the reason for changing gloves. We won't be eating the food we got tonight because I know it's not safe. Management treated it like a joke..

We had a huge party, 20+ people, and they were still super speedy. Everything was tasty and they had good knowledge of which menu items were gluten and onion free. They forgot the sharks on my Shark Bowl, but brought them out later when mentioned.

Our server Justin was absolutely awesome if you come in to this restaurant you will be kindly greeted and taken care of the whole time. The whole time out drinks we stocked. He was also very accommodating to my friend who had a gluten allergy making sure no gluten touched her food and even spoke with the manager about getting her a dessert without up-charging since it was all she was able to have with the deal we had. You guys are so awesome, requesting justin next time for sure!!!!

If you have peanut allergies this is not a safe place. Fresh peanuts are offered while you wait. I think this is my favorite burger joint anywhere. All burgers are made to order with a huge list of fresh toppings and sauce options. The burger is fresh and cooked in the method that makes them flat and a bit crumbly. They offer bun, wrapped in lettuce or served in a tin tray. They are my fav spot for a fast gluten free burger. I usually hate burgers without a bun but there's is so good I can handle it with a fork from the dish. The fries are fresh cut potatoes either plain or seasoned with a great spicy Cajun. They always fill up the container and throw in extra as well. You get a lot of very hot fresh fries. They are very greasy though. They also offer malt vinegar as well as ketchup cups which is the best way to eat a fresh cut French fry in my world. They also have great customizable beef hot dogs and thick shakes. I particularly like that they have one of those coke machines with 100s of flavor options. Everything is cooked fresh in front of you. The employees are always super friendly. They are always tidying it up and on the occasion that I've visited the restroom was clean and stocked. Might not be as fast as a drive through but their quality and flavor puts them in a league of their own. Now if they could only open one close to where I live near centennial.

We are at the IHOP in front of the outlet mall. Food was excellent (gluten friendly pancakes were delicious!!), bacon and hash browns cooked as requested. Outstanding service by Hector! So friendly, helpful, quick and energetic. So happy to have had my birthday breakfast here!

The Ben, gluten-free, with salad; The Ben with chips, and Mediterranean bowl. All were delicious. Restaurant has paper on floors in dining room and bathroom. Food on the kitchen floor. Service was okay.
