We have been coming to @butter.and.jam.cafe since 2021. Excited to see the evolution & growth of this solid restaurant. Bill and his wife, Christina @cdanello1 have done an incredible job of creating an inclusive environment with a relaxed vibe. The food is consistently fresh and prepared well. The servers are true hustlers, ensuring that clients’ needs are met. Additionally, Bill Gelling is always accommodating and gracious. As a local business owner, I admire the thought, creativity that he and Christina put into the details.
Today I had the opportunity to enjoy a delicious brunch with my family. A staple, Nutella croissant, was “shared” by the table. B & J’s gluten-free bread is the best I’ve had out in the area to-date. As you can see by these photos and the smiles on my kids’ faces, there’s plenty to be grateful for in having Butter & Jam make its home in Madison just a few years ago ☕️🍳🥐🥑.

Just moved to the area and needed a quick bite before the 4th of July fireworks. Decided to give Seymour’s a try and I’m so happy I did! My wife and I got steak tacos and a chicken quesadilla. Ordered one regular pepperoni and one gluten free pepperoni pizza for pickup-everyone loved the classic pepperoni. I have to say, this is some of the better gluten free pizza I've ever had. Not that super chalky crumbling crust that's usually the base at most places! I had to have someone do a taste test between the glutenfree and regular pizzas just to be safe ! Even though they could tell the difference they were impressed. Though there are some fancy ~artisan~ pizza places that might beat this, italian village is the best classic NY style/NJ Gf pizza I've had.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They knew about a gluten-free allergy which was extremely helpful and they were very kind to people. The food here was absolutely fantastic. Only down side is we got the shrimp pad thai and it only had 5 shrimp which is expected but for lunch I would have liked a little more since it was almost 100% noodles with very little egg or veggies in it. Overall, the noddles were amazing. The lunch special came with a salad which was also very good. I would totally come back here again.
