Not a fancy place, and we truly enjoy the food and the service -- always tasty and friendly! Tried the Fajitas on our last visit - beef and shrimp (no rice and beans). Yum! I also love the Fried Catfish (which is gluten, dairy and egg free!) and the Salad Wagon! If you're thinking about a Tuesday, get there early because it is usually packed!

Delightful little spot off of I-25, perfect for that much needed caffeine fix. Lots of great choices including matcha lattes and boba as well as an array of latte options. They also had a gluten free pastry option which made my kids day.
Tofu is breaded with corn starch so it is gluten free! I'm guessing there's a good chance that's true for their other proteins.
I got the cashew tofu and it was delicious.
