The hash browns done in hot sauce are killer, the French toast casserole is amazing, and the care they take for a customer with severe food allergies was unparalleled. It’s a loud place, but that’s part of its charm. It’s a bar and they do trivia sometimes. The food is awesome! They also have gluten free Mac n cheese

We’re visiting town and chose this place based on the multiple, creative vegetarian and gluten-free menu options. I’m GF and my mom is vegetarian. I was very happy they had a mock-tail to offer as well. I’m so happy we came here the food was absolutely delicious. Reasonably priced and a relaxed atmosphere.

Yummy sushi and drinks, and friendly staff. There’s a lavender drink that is simply delicious. We like the sushi, green curry, and pad Thai. If ordering the pad Thai to go, ask for it to be extra saucy, as it absorbs quickly on the way home. Great gluten free and vegan options. Servers are great about asking the kitchen to make sure the dishes are ok for food allergies. Highly recommend this spot!

Had a wonderful time this evening. I was there for a 50th birthday, where the entrees were already selected. I have a gluten intolerance...and they made accommodations for me. Everything was wonderful. Quite the incredible evening overall.

TLDR: I wish I could comment on the food, but we never received it. They canceled our online order without telling us! My partner and I traveled to Buffalo this weekend for a wedding. Traveling can be challenging because she has celiac disease. We found Owl Eyes Cafe and were so excited about the gluten free options. We placed the order online for pickup with an approximate time 45 minutes from when we placed it. As an aside, I called the restaurant 3 times before placing to make sure there were no nuts in the food. They never answered. When I arrive to the restaurant, the staff told me they canceled our food order. They ran out of gluten free rolls, so they didn't make it. Which seems reasonable. They didn't make my breakfast sandwich because "the kitchen was confused and didn't want to make the wrong thing." The obvious problem is 0% communication. They canceled the food order online without ever notifying us. The website says we would receive text updates, but I never did. It seems like basic decency to call. I took an Uber to get there and an Uber back. I wish we would've known.

Best chicken soup I've every had! Delicious sweet potato fries too! A nice intimate place with great music and lots of choices on the menu. They even have a gluten-friendly beer, which my friend enjoyed thoroughly!
