My wife has a gluten allergy and they can make almost anythong gluten free. GF calamari was excellent! Very light and prepared perfectly. 95% rings. Her GF chicken francese was excellent as well. I had the chicken parm, and there was no issue when i requested a spicy marinara, and i git rigatoni with vodka sauce on the side. Delish! Their in house made salad dressing is delightful and tasty. In all, this was a fantastic dining experience.
I am gluten free. I placed a takeout order to be gluten free and when we got home and opened all the dinners mine was made with chicken cutlet and not gluten free. I called and notified them the dinner was not at all prepared gluten free and let them know how serious a gluten allergy can be. I requested a new dinner and prepared gluten free. And after really trying to impress upon the girl Katie how serious could they please be sure it’s prepared properly. The new dinner was grilled chicken and it was labeled but after I had a few bites I noticed datalini pasta mixed in perhaps fell in from some other dish or did the cross contaminate a pan. So when I woke up sick today I knew
somehow something was. I don’t trust they take gluten allergy seriously.

I have dined at UThai Bistro several times. The food is always freshly prepared, beautifully presented and very flavorful. The lunch specials are very reasonable in price. On a recent afternoon visit, I enjoyed crispy spring rolls as an appetizer and a Pad Thai entree with rich, vibrant flavors. The massaman chicken curry was also a favorite. The drink menu is very creative and the Thai iced tea is a standout! There are plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options on the menu. Dine in to experience the friendly and attentive service and charming decor. UThai is worth visiting over and over again!

My parents have been coming here for years since their friends often rent out the private space, but this place has downgraded drastically.
I have celiac disease and made it very clear to my server multiple times that I have an allergy. Anyone familiar with gluten allergies—especially a Japanese restaurant—should know that kani (imitation crab) contains gluten. When my dad ordered a kani salad, I was correctly told I couldn’t have it.
But then I ate multiple pieces of my “gluten-free” special roll before noticing kani in it. I asked my server, and instead of admitting their mistake, the chef tried to justify it, saying there’s “only a tiny bit of gluten” so it should be fine. Excuse me? Who are you to decide what’s okay for my allergy?
By then, I was already having a visible allergic reaction. The manager came over, laughed (yes, laughed), and instead of apologizing, offered a $20 discount and a gift card—as if I’d ever risk my health here again.
And let’s not even start on the food—refried, old, and completely lacking freshness. The sushi was dry, tasteless, and just plain bad.
If you have food allergies or simply an appetite for food with taste, stay far, far away from this place.
Amazing service and delicious mofongo and alcapurrias make this spot a must-visit gem!

Was here the other day with my boyfriend and son. Let me tell you. Our waiter. Was some wonderful man, I think his name started with a N, but don’t wanna type the wrong name. TOTALLY made this meal WONDERFUL. Felt right at home! So caring and welcoming. He really engaged with us the whole time. Kept up with making sure we were comfortable and most importantly. He was attentive and caring towards my son!!! He heard him crying and came right on over and checked on him, cracked a joke and made my son smile big. Lord I pray that man gets good costumers and good tippers. He deserves it. (Actually tipped 25%!!! Just because of how much he truly deserved to be tipped that!!! I didn’t even mind tipping that amount. Did it with a HUGE smile on my face. Just because he was that good. ) He was also very attentive towards my gluten allergy. Really sweet. You just don’t meet people like him anymore. Yet alone serving you and doing it with a smile on his face. God bless that man and this establishment.
P.S. while we were there a few angry costumers made a huge scene making my son very nervous. The whole establishment handled it very professionally and once again our waiter came right over to make sure we where okay after the incident
The food and service were exceptional 👌 I have celiac, and we were a large group, and they still 100% went out of their way to make certain our needs were met! We intend to return often.
It is a really nice place. I loved their gluten free sandwich and vegan snadwuches. They were really really good. Totally recommended and I will definitely be back.
