Coffee is great. Lots of pastries, muffins and gluten free food. Ice cream too. Great atmosphere, lots of space to hang out and a meeting room. Very friendly staff. You can even call a order in and they will bring it to your car. Dog friendly and places to sit outside.

Went for lunch and as always, they delivered great sushi in a timely manner. There aren't many places to go to in Hampstead, especially if you're gluten free, but Sushi Gem always delivers great food and decent service. We go there ALOT, and are so grateful to have them in town.

Excellent hand crafted chocolates. We bought more than planned lol. They even had chocolate covered gluten free Oreos and pretzels along with berries, bunnies and Easter eggs.

Honestly, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Maybe too much so, but that's personal. I just don't like people constantly talking to me when I'm trying to read a menu. I've heard a lot about this place and have only ever tried one of the gluten free pastries from a friend. I thought I would try the coffee today.... I regret it. I regret it so much. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. It was very watered down espresso, even with 3 shots I couldn't really taste it. Not to mention, the insane amount of sweetener that is put in the drink. It was reminiscent of drinking overly sweet milk with the ever most slightest hint of coffee flavor. I did go back in to ask if I could have a different one made with significantly less sweetener, and the second one that was made was still obnoxiously sweet and again the espresso was barely noticeable in the drink. If you're looking for unique pastries and ones that everyone can enjoy, highly recommend this place. However, I'd never recommend getting coffee here unless you're someone that doesn't like actual coffee, in which case, this place is perfect for you. Again, nice place, very nice people and service, decent pastries, but absolutely horrific coffee.

Wonderfully friendly place to spend some time in Surf City. They have a large selection of fresh hand-dipped ice cream, Boba tea, and Dippin' Dots. They have a wide variety of cones including waffle cones, cake cones, dipped sugar cones, and gluten free cones. If you're trying to cut back on sugar and are lactose intolerant, they have a homemade no sugar added strawberry ice cream that is excellent. Conveniently located next door to Chug and Grub with plenty of parking.

I’ve had the opportunity to have lunch here on multiple occassions and each visit has been awesome. So grateful for the gluten free options too, even a GF hamburger bun! Stopped by last week for a drink and got the Holly Berry Smash; it exceeded all expectations! Garnished with real rosemary and sugared cranberries crafted to perfection. Thanks so much! Ordered subs for my work. Ordered night before, scheduled pick up for 11 the next morning. Also ordered 1 gluten free sub. Order was ready on time and sandwiches were excellent. Gluten free prep was done with care. Would highly recommend if you need many subs for a gathering.
