I believe they just moved into this building as the table and chairs were plastic fold up, but the staff were ultra friendly, the a/c was working and the music was on point. Pizza by the slice is always a great option. I had cheese and it was very yummy! Salads are kinda pricey, but lots of veggies and the dressings were homemade. They had vegan cheese and gluten free options as well as wings and sandwiches. They had a full bar and a good selection of draft beers.

We sat outside for the blip of great weather this week, so glad we found this place!! It was getting busy about 12:15 and now we know why. We both got a sandwich and salad and were pleased to find they had gluten free bread on hand. Someone at the bookstore highly recommended it and it did not disappoint!! We love veggies and didn't try the soup but we will definitely be back to do so. The tea was also phenomenal; Morganton is lucky to have this gem open for weekday lunch!

This is a great fast casual option for healthy food in a town that is overwhelmed with fast food, pizza joints, mexican restaurants and sports bars. I'm not a sushi person, but they have cooked chicken and shrimp. Low carb cauliflower rice is available as well as gluten free sauces.
