Everything was perfect. This was our very first time and we will absolutely be back. Atmosphere was beautiful. We are very fussy with our pizza coming from New Haven, Ct. Pizza was outstanding! Fresh and delicious. Everything that came out of tge kitchen looked amazing. The gluten free chocolate cake with ice cream was home run. One of the many reasons why to come back soon was our server Savanah! She gets 5 plus stars! Thank you Savanah for making our first experience here a memorable one. See you soon!

It's so hard to find vegan food that is also gluten free that doesn't sacrifice on flavor. Their vegan pizza is amazing! The cheese actually has flavor. The vegan toppings and sauce has so much flavor. The gluten free crust could have fooled me. It pleased all carnivores. Yes, it's an expensive pizza but it's difficult finding a restaurant that actually caters to your dietary needs without sacrificing flavor. Not sure why they aren't rated higher. Rare food. Excellent food. Worth the price.

Do I miss the quaint cozy hometown vibes of Unwind? Yes! But I really think Waterbean has done a great job of opening up the space and adding lots of seating. I personally love how white and minimalist everything is, I think it makes it easier to focus when there’s less distraction and things to look at on the walls. I do think a few more plants could be a great addition. Love that there are two restrooms! The green tea frappe was delicious and I’ll look forward to trying some loose leaf teas and gluten free vegan treats next time I come in to do some work 😊

There are several good restaurants in Charlotte for Indian food - this is by far the best, in my opinon. The food was delicious, the pricing was reasonable, we had no worries about gluten contamination, and the gentleman who took our order was extremely helpful. This location is across the street from the Pineville, NC Atrium Hospital. I have a family member that has had an unexpected extended stay at the hospital. I have celiac disease (Gluten allergy) and it is often hard to find a safe place to eat. I also must consider the possibility of cross contamination when eating at a cafeteria or restaurant. I have been in this location multiple times over the past few weeks and EVERY TIME, no matter WHAT TIME, I enter the location they have been kind and taken great care of me. The other night I was not able to leave the hospital until 8:30pm and found myself very hungry and very nervous about asking a team of employees to help me 20 minutes before closing. That night the team was led by an individual named Tomashia and WOW just wow. They were so kind and helpful. No one there knew what my situation was or how exhausted or hungry I was. They were just there to help. I am very grateful. Thank you. Oh, and the sandwiches are delicious. 😊

Stopped by on an early Saturday afternoon looking for some lunch and a drink. My wife ordered a Martini and I had a Comso for something different, both were awesome! Our Bartender, Philip, was on point, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing with hardly a child in the place. Being that the place has menu for more of a mature crowd, not many kids may be happy even though there is a limited kids menu. There is an upstairs seating area and plenty of parking in the rear of the building. A smaller gluten free selection than I'd like but I was able to make it work. Stop in and give these folks a try! We will be back soon.

Service was slightly slow but there are now gluten free options and our server was very attentive to this need for our daughter. Eben so much as to take the cuttings off the salad without our request (the salad isn't included with the kids menu). I am happy to return here with my family.
