This place is pretty great! We ordered the Spicy Umamu Ramen, Tamago Mayu Ramen and Gyoza which was a very filling meal for two. It ended up being $30 which was a great deal. I definitely recommend the spicy Umami ramen, it is more of a numbing spice and not as harsh as some chili based ramen.
The food came out super fast, likely a result of how simple the menu is. Atmosphere isn't a huge selling point but it's not too loud, and the restaurant is clean so points there.
Overall, I highly recommend this shop as an affordable and delicious option for ramen with a good amount of customization options. Also, they have gluten free noodles for a small surcharge!

I don't eat gluten so I ordered a hot Pastrami bowl to go. Meat was definitely good. Rest of it was very underwhelming. Hardly any sauerkraut. Maybe i was missing special sauce or something idk.. I did see the breads were out of a bag, didn't appear to be made on site. Meat did not appear to be hand sliced. Pickles tasted old and a little rotten. Bowl was small, small portions for the price. I dont think the container for takeout is the appropriate size, it's too small so doesn't fit the right amount of toppings.
Would like to see a gluten free bread offering. I was not interested in the gluten free tortilla.
