Allergy friendly with great gluten free options
This is a very clean restaurant with really delicious food. There are multiple options for gluten free dining and they take allergens seriously.

The gluten free crust was flakey and different than any other pizza I have had. The sauce was tomato-y without any acidity. I’m very happy. I think it will be soggy and need to use a fork for my leftovers but it will still taste great.
I love how this is a traditional ramen place and the food is absolutely delicious. The prices aren’t horrible either! I think it’s fantastic how they offer many options for people who require dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian, etc. it’s a huge plus because I personally can barely eat out due to my dietary restrictions! The service was also amazing, we had an older woman who was very kind and understanding. This place also has boba with tapioca which is uncommon for the area. Fuji Ramen is a hidden gem and deserves a lot more attention! The only tip I have is to add more decorations or a better ambience as it was very plain and have not many decor.
I am gluten free and the staff acoomadated my diet w/ ease. They were all so nice & pleasant. Hope they don't leave. Wouldn't be the same there w/o them! 😊
This is a take out only restaurant! Highly recommend if you're looking for some different, and flavorful food! Husband has severe gluten allergy, and they are also able to cater to his allergen needs without getting sick!
Excellent service, food is very good. I have celiacs disease and they do a great job to not cross contaminate my food. My kids love their regular round pie.
