I cannot say enough great things about First Watch in Fountain City! I’ll start will the fact that they have amazingly friendly and attentive staff here, they are always so accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable on the menu etc! The food is always so made to order and fresh, I love that they throw in new seasonal items to try every once in awhile as well! Their specialty drinks are also something to check out! Despite how busy they get, they keep a nice flow of customers going where it’s not an overwhelming wait and it’s always super clean here. I love that they have gluten free and vegetarian options as well! Try one of the Benny’s on GF toast! I highly recommend you check them out! 😎

I found my new favorite place! Kraken cup! Amazing service amazing atmosphere amazing food I'm gluten-free and I had tons of gluten-free options! My favorite was the vegan chocolate chips scone with clotted cream was awesome. It was so soft and the tastiest thing I've ever had! I absolutely loved the chicken salad n I'm a very very picky chicken salad person but it was like real chicken and it was just awesome. And I don't even like ham but their ham sandwich was absolutely positively amazing and then for dessert fresh cut strawberries with lemon cream and it was to die for. I am already planning my next trip there and if anyone ever wants to meet up there I am free on Fridays and Saturday lol

When asked which of their salad dressings were gluten free, the person in the kitchen that appeared to be the manager said “she should know what she is allowed and not allowed to have”. I do know what I am allowed to have and not have, but I do not know what their products have in it. This comment was rude and unnecessary, especially from a manager. Good luck getting any support from the people when you have questions about their menu as it relates to allergies, though their menu offers some assistance with more gluten-friendly options. However, the food and tea were good but the service from the management team was less than stellar and the attitude was strong with this one….the young lady running the register tried though and I appreciated her effort!

GLUTEN FREE friendly!!! I ordered the pork hashbrown plate for brunch. It was delicious, plentiful,, and at a good price point. The potato salad was also good. They have several GF options so I highly recommend you try eating there.

Best “fast food” option. Long lines, but they are VERY quick. Very accommodating for gluten allergies.
