I ordered several things on the menu, including the two meat dishes: Tibbs and Alicha siga, both of which were so flavorful and tender! The gluten-free injera was delicious, and all the veggie sides were amazing—my favorite being the cabbage dish. SO many gluten free options on the menu, and they did not skimp on portion sizes. Great service as well!! 🙌🏽

Cool place. I loved being able to go to a sub joint and have a sub sandwich. I have to eat gluten and dairy free, and there's not many places that do the gluten free sub rolls. So seeing Jersey Mike's got the gluten free sub roll, it made my day. Took me back to when I was a kid, before I had to be gluten free, I could get a great sub and enjoy every bite. Well I can do that again, thanks Jersey Mike's Subs! Love it.
Love the flavors! They are delicious and have a variety of them, even some organic flavors as well as dairy free, gluten free, & vegan for those wondering. The toppings were like a flashback into my childhood obsessed! All the employees were kind and extremely friendly. I highly recommend to stop by and have a cup of delicious froyo!
Charming brunch spot with a cozy vibe, affordable prices, and endless coffee that'll keep you fueled up for the day!

This was our first visit to Red River Cafe and we will be back!
First off, we were there for Brunch, and I eat Gluten Free. There are lots of GF items to choose from. I had the ABC (Avocado, Bacon and Cheddar) omelet w/ black beans.
The rest of my party ordered Eggs Benedict and a Grilled Cheese Sandwich. We all had bottomless coffee and our cups were never empty! We all ate every bite, too!
If you are looking for economically priced GREAT food with a charming atmosphere, Red River Cafe is the place for you!
Conveniently located near campus, this spot impresses with a great vibe and a wide selection that keeps everyone coming back for more.

It's been a while since I've ordered a deli sandwich, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't supposed to be like this.
I ordered the vegetarian sub with turkey added (haha) on gluten free bread. Funny enough, my expectations are already low because gluten free bread is never as good as regular bread - such is the gluten free life. Somehow, the folks at Snarf managed to smoothly limbo beneath even that modest bar.
Whoever cut the bread for my sandwich gave me a sliver of bread on the bottom and about two inches of bread on the top. Then they drenched every inch of it with so much mayo/liquid that none of the [sparse] ingredients were decipherable. I've seen coleslaw with less dressing than this swampwich - so much so, that it was oozing out of the paper wrapping.
Thanks to whatever physics generated by the wonky slice job, even with them adding the tiniest amount of ingredients (and forgetting the sprouts altogether), everything fell out of the sandwich.
Honestly, it felt like I was eating some awful prank meal. Normally, I hate wasting food, but if it weren't delivery I absolutely would have asked for them to remake it. This was legitimately gross.
P.S. This wasn't an ingredient issue - this was a training & quality control issue, which is far worse. Because that kind of careless disregard carries over to other areas, and in food service that is not a comforting thought.
This place is a gem. Service is excellent: warm, friendly and accommodating. Vanilla late, perfect and made quickly. I have a gluten allergy and was happy to hear that any of the breakfast sammies can be made into a bowl. “The Red River” was fresh and delicious. I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to here because it was a delightful surprise. I will definitely be back, wish I would have found it earlier...we’ve been in the hospital for a few days and this is a breath of fresh air.
