My daughter and granddaughter have Celiac. It is very difficult to eat out safely. The owner personally informed the waitress of our needs. He made sure the kitchen staff was aware of cross contamination. The waitress patiently answered all of our questions even through it was a busy lunch time. The food was prepared perfectly and my girls did not have any issues! We will definitely eat here again if we are in Canton.
