Food was good. The 4 stars comes from the only Gluten Free pasta option was a spaghetti that was cut into small pieces and didn't stay on the fork. Every thing else was great. Nice atmosphere.

The staff here is phenomenal. My wife has gluten allergies and they have gluten free bread. They swap gloves, use a fresh prep are and knife and communicate with everyone down the line that it’s gluten free and they all change their gloves. This is phenomenal. We just found out about this last week and it’s great to see my wife smile when she can go back to having a sandwich. Thanks to the staff for taking it serious and for the extra work to make my wife have a little extra joy.

We love MOD pizza! We enjoy the GF crust options and our son, who is allergic to cow dairy and gluten, enjoys them and the dairy free cheese option as well! We also enjoy all the fresh ingredients and friendly service! I gave 4 starts for atmosphere because the music was a bit loud. There were 4 parties in the restauWrant and we had to talk over the music, which was a bit much. We also enjoy the patio dining area on days the weather permits! We look forward to our next visit @ MOD Cibolo!
