It was my first time at Mantra. Came here for a date night and hadn’t heard of this place. We tried the yucca fries, Brussel sprouts, Buffalo jack Flatbread, and Oyster Mushroom Marsala. Everything was deliciousss. I also ordered a Cheesecake which was also yummy and the Korean BBQ Tacos to go. I ordered a Serenity tea which was good. The atmosphere and the service is great. My date who is not vegan had the Oyster Mushroom Marsala and he enjoyed it. I love the fact that it’s gluten free. Will definitely come back to eat here as there are more things I want to try.

We found this little gem while stopping through Houston as we were hunting for gluten free places to eat. I’m so glad we did. Our server Brooke helped us navigate all the sides that were gluten free and after our meal recommended the flan which we enjoyed even we were sooooo stuffed. Everything was absolutely great and atmosphere was amazing. I highly recommend a visit. Say hi to brook.

Meek’s Vegan Pizza is incredible! The gluten-free crust is just as delicious as the rest of the pizza, which is saying a lot because the flavors are amazing. They’ve nailed it on both taste and texture. And don’t skip dessert—the vegan cheesecake is an absolute must-try! It’s the perfect way to end a fantastic meal. Highly recommend this spot for anyone, vegan or not. Five stars all the way!

I ordered cauliflower crust because I don't consume gluten, they gave me a regular crust, when I told them they remade the pizza right away and it was delicious. Just watch out for the crust and make sure it is the right crust especially if you have allergies.
Easy parking and a casual vibe set the stage for a quick pick-up, but the atmosphere could use a bit more warmth.

ordered through uber eats and picked up at the restaurant. parking was easy as they have a private lot. i got gluten free drunken noodles with shrimp and yellow curry with white rice. both were super delicious.
when i was picking up my order, the lady at the front seemed like she didn't want to be there, the restaurant wasn't really welcoming. and the table i chose to wait at was wobbly. this is a real casual place.

Service and food are beyond reproach. I was extremely pleased to find an authentic Gastropub in the heart of Houston. The quality of the food was excellent! The grass fed burger I had tasted home cooked like I make. Their wings were awesome and my youngest loved it. Luckily we called in ahead of time to see if they had gluten free and dairy free options and my oldest had a burger the she loved as well. In fact, the staff came up quite a few times to make sure we knew how the food was prepared so we would give them the okay to cook it. Amazing service! And I cannot name the amount of restaurants as I have fingers that will do that. Totally recommend!!!

This place is a must! Breakfast tacos were the real deal - can get them on corn tortillas for gluten free. My Chai Tea Latte was very creamy and smooth - not dry spice tea, ya know what I mean. Atmosphere is very eclectic and some of the art may hit you as freaky.

I came in randomly because I was in the area to go to a bakery and it was a bust. I don’t hold much stock in a lot of the Italian restaurants in Houston, but decided to give this one a shot because I am going gluten-free starting tomorrow and there’s nothing like an Italian sub and some Italian cookiesboy was not disappointed with either the food or the service. I placed my order through Uber Eats and it was ready and pick up me a little bit of information on the business being owned by Sicilian and I instantly knew the food was going to be amazing. We had a short conversation about where I was from and what I do and really made me feel welcomed. I bit into the fig cookies on my way home, and they literally brought tears to my eyes and reminded me of my childhood. The side of Alfredo, because if I’m going gluten-free, why not, was absolutely amazing. You could taste the garlic, the cream, the salt. The sub was everything. I hoped it would be as well. I will definitely be back here and I will be bringing my family. Thank you for the bit of nostalgia on a Monday. I really needed that.
