A busy but efficient pizza pub. We went for gluten free pizza and it was excellent and we didn't wait that long considering how many orders they had. Wish they had gluten free beer or hard cider.
With a unique road-side entry for dine-in, this spot is known for some of the best pizza and tasty taco salads in town!

Had a gluten free pizza and a taco salad and they were both exceptional! Dont make my mistake and go to the correct door. Road side entry is dine in, mid building entry is take out.
Enjoy stunning views of Lake Superior from a well-kept back patio, but be prepared for a mixed experience inside while ordering.

Five stars ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ for back patio, clean, lovely, well taken care of. Patio overlooking lake walk & gorgeous view of Lake Superior is amazing. 2-3 stars on experience and food. Went inside & waited several minutes in line then a kitchen staff yelled "stop taking food orders". Thankfully upon explaining we were the last in line & no one was behind us, we were allowed to order. It took a while, but we expected it an had time to wait, no prob. Our order was screwed up, sadly. My meal & ice cream we're both missing. I know the kitchen was busy & the front two young male staff were superior and friendly, constantly at work. Those by drive thru area were standing & complaining to one another, despite customers within earshot. Sad. A male manager did apologize to us for the wait. He & front two staff were very professional. Here's to hoping you all enjoy Culvers in Ashland when it is less busy and the staff are in a better humor. Thankful for a few gluten free options, but my mushroom swiss hamburger had 1T of mushroom. Breaded shrimp was great! says my husband who ordered it.

A bit cramped but that’s because it’s always busy. Amazing baked goods, and they have gluten free options— a huge variety of cookies and bars. A big step up from other places that only offer one gluten free thing that they usually don’t even make themselves. I recommend the chocolate raspberry nut bar.

This place is pretty awesome! We get take out from here 2-3 times a month! My wife has celiac disease and these guys work hard to make sure everyone can enjoy their food. They can make almost anything gluten free!

My wife and I are vegan and she's gluten free, so we are well aware that our order can be a bit annoying. The employees here have never once made us feel like a hassle though! The food is SO delicious and we love the people here. Plus, the margaritas are fabulous. :) I highly recommend!
