Tried to find gluten free food around Kata and THIS is the only restaurant that can guarantee AMAZING Thai food that is safe for this allergy. For an entire week, every other restaurant in the area had a limit and were not too confident about answering my questions, but the team Eightfold took care of me several times. Some of the kindest service, food is served quickly, the atmosphere is peaceful and friendly. God prices with NO hidden agenda extra fees or tax. The price on the menu is what you pay. Could not recommend more. My boyfriend ate regular food and he loved it. So those without any allergies should eat here also!

Good food, child friendly and very nice staff - especially Joy, Bank and Fon! They played and joked with the kids, and made the experience very good for them 😊
They also had good gluten free food.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Since I have to eat gluten-free, I had concerns, but the service was very informed and it was marked everywhere on the menu which dishes were gluten-free or could be selected as a gluten-free option. Drinks were also very good. The atmosphere of an Irish pub is very homely but offers not only a Sunday roast but also authentic Thai food.
Discover a chill spot with huge portions and cozy outdoor spaces, perfect for enjoying tasty treats and refreshing drinks.

In search of dairy free and gluten free sweet treats we found wilson’s cafe. The cakes/ pastries on display didn’t seem gluten free (after inquiring the feedback I got was quite unsure) so I opted for the gluten free pancake stack to be safe. They were able to switch the yoghurt with vegan ice cream to make it dairy free. They do almond, oat and coconut milk so you can have your fav milk beverages the dairy free way. My partner had lava cake and absolutely loved it. The pancake stack was HUGE, slightly too much for me which left me surprised 😂 . It was a great atmosphere, quite chilled. There are 2 outdoor spaces - one in the front on the main road and one in the back which is quite enclosed and cosy. All with fans 🪭 We opted for aircon indoors on a sofa 😉 can recommend and would go again.
Experience a place celebrated for its attention to dietary needs, offering delicious options and a commitment to understanding guest preferences.

Food was amazing, menu labelled gluten free. Limited options but looked very safe. Swapped out the oil for my chips. Understood when presented gluten free translation card.

No one should go there!! There is plastic in the soup and even the company owner is upset that this happens...😅 Nothing is gluten free, only the penne pasta!! Ridiculous!!! The service is smelly-slow and they are even rude!
A hidden gem with tasty Italian dishes, cozy vibes, and attentive service that'll keep you coming back for more.

Very nice Italian restaurant,
Nice dishes, they have gluten free options.
Most dishes were in good sizes, pizza was nicely sized, and the gluten free dish was a little bit small.
Enjoy tasty dishes with a thoughtful menu and a laid-back vibe, making it a go-to spot for a fun meal experience.

Ate here for lunch I had black bean tacos. The corn tortillas can be subbed in most dishes to make them gluten free. Our server also informed us that the corn chips were fried in their own fryer so there shouldn’t be cross contamination from the fryer which she new about without my asking first and told me. Despite the menu not having markings the server had a good understanding of english and she helped point out all the things I could eat (anything with the corn tortillas).
A vibrant spot with a fantastic atmosphere, great music, and accommodating staff ready to help you find tasty options.

Beautiful place. They not only where supper wonderful and sweet. But also accommodated my Celiac brother (Meaning needs gf meals). They were able to recommend dishes and tell us what foods they were able to do or not. In the end, he had mixed grill and water melon juice that he loved, and everyone at the table was jealous. Thank you to the girls at the Two Chefs.
A standout spot where a group rave about the incredible flavors, making it a must-visit for food lovers in Thailand.

We had a group of 9 people everyone mentioned that the food was the best they had eaten in Thailand. I ordered the Plank steak gluten free, it comes with mash potato capcicum and prosciutto wrapped asparagus which is very savoury. The owner understands Gluten free so you can eat with confidence.
Enjoy a unique dining experience with fantastic vegan options, memorable flavors, and outstanding service that goes the extra mile.

Unfortunately we are only in Phuket for one evening and luckily we spent it here. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. When asked, every effort was made to show the allergens of the ingredients (e.g. gluten).
The menu piqued our interest because there are a lot of vegan things like vegan chicken, vegan duck or vegan fish. I tried both the duck and the chicken and was really pleasantly surprised at how delicious both were. We also ordered more chicken straight away because it was so delicious, crispy on the outside and meaty on the inside - a clear recommendation. The rest of the food was also absolutely convincing and we were able to enjoy our food. In addition to the things we ordered, there was also a small soup per person and there was a lot on the table to sharpen up, which we didn't need.
My friend had forgotten her allergy card at the restaurant and we went back when the shop was already closed. The door was opened for us straight away and we were helped to search, for which we are enormously grateful. We had already given up hope and left the shop when the hosts called us over again because they had found the allergy card in the trash.
We are very grateful for the food itself, where you don't miss any meat, just a bigger stomach, and the service there, and also a little sad that we won't be able to eat there again the next day.
Came here expecting a pleasant breakfast experience but sadly didn’t. The prices for the portions sizes are ridiculous. Are we in New York City?! $10 USD for an acai bowl!! I mean (half) a bowl. A soupy bowl. They don’t even understand that smoothi bowls are supposed to be super frozen and thick. I ordered the yogurt with granola and fruits. What arrived was a bowl large enough for a baby to eat from. Three bites of food max. For a man, maybe 1.5 bites.
The gluten free toast is appreciated but lacks flavor. I suggest you try using almond flour. Makes for better bread. Won’t be back due to crazy prices and tiny portions.
Go to Selena Hotel for breakfast! Much cheaper and the portions are huge!!
Enjoy a charming spot with a welcoming vibe, delicious authentic dishes, and a great value that locals love.

A little piece of heaven in Phuket. The food is absolutely delicious, the prices are great, and all managed by a lovely family. The highlight of our time in Phuket, as good now as it was 15 years ago! Great gluten free options also, very knowledgeable kitchen 🙏🙏
Gluten free friendly, talk to the waitress (Google translate in Thai) to make them aware.
Very good Pad thai
Open even after 8pm
Recommended!
No picture because I was too hungry!

My wife ordered gluten free pasta highly recommended and delicious without symptoms after we ate there.

I’ve not been back to Phuket since 2017, we have stayed at the Pullman last time we were in Phuket it was a superb experience. This time we chose another hotel due to a last minute holiday. We had to come back to Vero to experience the best Italian restaurant on the Island.
The manager Randy was superb he was aware of the allergies, the head chef also
came out to chat to us about the options.
My child is gluten and dairy free , they made the tastiest Spaghetti Bolognaise. As you can see from the photo below it was steak night we opted for the Tomahawk. I have to say the best tomahawk I’ve ever head. The whole atmosphere, ambiance and service was superb. I think we will be back in a few days 🙏🏻👍🏻
I ate here the last night of my honeymoon in Thailand. We didn't realize it was a restaurant within a hotel, but it certainly didn't matter. It was a high-end experience, and the perfect end to a lovely holiday.
Both me and my husband are gluten-free, and I can't express the disbelief when they brought us gluten-free rolls for our table. Not only is that hard to find in Thailand, but the rolls themselves were OUT OF THIS WORLD! I'm Canadian and have lots of access to gluten-free bread, and I still wish I could get rolls as delicious as the ones there!
Anyway, in terms of the full dining experience, the food was impeccable. Everything was delicious, and my husband and I were delighted to find them serving us amuse bouches and other unexpected surprises in between courses. The staff were professional, polite and flawless in their execution. In fact, I was delighted to have more of a 'western' restaurant experience here, where the staff check-in with you and offer a very pleasant experience. Anyone visiting Thailand will know that, typically, the way servers interact with you in Thailand is very different than a North American experience. They don't tend to check-in with you and you usually have to try to get their attention when you can. There isn't anything inherently wrong with that, but it does make you begin to 'miss' the customer service style from back home.
At Sam's, it was very much the opposite - we felt very well cared for, as the server checked in with us occasionally, and would ask us if we wanted anything etc... We felt like valued customers and tipping was much more natural with this style of service.
It's a more expensive restaurant experience for Thailand's typical prices, almost comparable to a fine dining restaurant in the Greater Toronto area in Canada (though still a touch less expensive). Nevertheless, it was worth every penny! If you want a very romantic dinner, this is the place to go.
Expect a beautiful setting and fantastic cocktails, making every meal feel special during your stay.

Amazing food, each time we have eaten here during our holiday!
Some of our family needed gluten free food, and Chef Nikola had such a good understanding on gluten free requirements re: coeliac disease, and made us feel totally reassured.
Not only was the food perfect, but the cocktails were also fantastic!
Beautiful setting and the service was excellent.
A scenic waterfront gem known for its accommodating vibe and delicious allergy-friendly options, perfect for a relaxed outing.

Trying my best to document allergy friendly restaurants in Thailand since it seems the info available is pretty limited.
This is a great spot right by the water. I am gluten and dairy free, and after showing my allergy card to the waitress she talked to the chef and they were able to make me a prawn broccoli stir-fry that was allergy friendly and delicious.
5/5 stars!
