We absolutely LOVE this cafe! Discovered on Sunday and we will make efforts to be back when we are next in Leeds. Fully vegan and were very accommodating of gluten free too! Great value tasty food. Highly recommended to all!
I’ve dined at The Agora a few times now and it is the first place I recommend to anyone - the staff are some of the best I’ve met, they make a point to remember you, have a chat and make you feel so welcome. It’s a bit more of a sophisticated sit down dinner experience, so I wouldn’t bring children under 12 at the least.
The food is divine, it feels so authentic (my father says their lamb is the closest you’ll get to proper Greek lamb) and I reckon no matter what dish you order, you won’t feel like you’ve missed out on something better. I’m gluten free and the menu does not leave anything lacking.
I always order a bottle of their Palacio De Otoño Rioja (crianza 2019), or they’ve got a lovely Cab Sav - highly recommend both but the former is my favourite.
My last meal for 2 was £85 in total - a three course meal with a bottle of wine but we always leave a well deserved tip
My wife has to follow a gluten free diet and this place were brilliant with that with the owner running through the menu with us. All the food that came out was amazing with us having the skewers... definitely recommend them!
