The owner (I think) was friendly, and it's a nice place inside. However, the croissants were at least one day old (and it was early morning), and coffee wasn't good either.
If you're celiac, be extra cautious, as we had the gluten free carrot cake, and felt a bit sick afterwards.

Just came in for lunch and the food was fantastic. Very fast and friendly service. Also, I asked what was gluten free on the menu (always a dreaded question) the chef went through the whole menu with me, explaining what had gluten and why. He clearly knows his menu and food allergens back-to-front, and was super-nice about it. He even offered to modify some of the dishes for me. I will definitely be back!

Service was really good and we ordered the pie, and the rissotto. Both were excellent in taste and portion size. There are a lot of beef cuts to choose if you're a meat eater, but for me, I didnt have too many options of gluten free or pescetarian. It was a little pricey but flavours were worth it. Overall we had a great meal and would definitely recommend for a nice evening out.
