The ladies running the front of house today pulled out all the stops to make sure my wife, my spaniel and myself were looked after for lunch today. One of us has intolerances to gluten and lactose, and the restaurant amazed us by adapting all the relevant dishes to accommodate her. The food was extremely creative and the chef and his young team had created dishes of freshness, originality and verve. Definitely recommend. The flight of wines were variable, in that some of them were good but not exceptional, so a bit overpriced. And there are no pairing until you get to course no. 5. Finally the interior is great, you can see everything that is happening in the kitchen, but could you turn up the heating a little? All in all we had a brilliant evening and will be back!
