I forgot to specify that my order was gluten free bc I'm intoleeant and had to send my pizza back for a replacement and the waitress was so nice about it. I felt terrible but the replacement came quick and she assured me it was okay. Lovely staff.

High Tea at the Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon was a great experience and the perfect place to catch up with friends we haven’t seen in a while. The salon offered numerous menu options for high tea (including an option for gluten free or vegetarian) so there is something for everyone. With the high tea option you could swap out the traditional finger sandwiches for something else - I selected the beef fillet option (see pics). Everything was delicious. The cocktails were also a highlight of the experience. In the pics we had the Earl Grey Negroni and Delphinium 👌 Our server also provided exceptional service and ensured that we had an enjoyable experience. Would definitely go again.

Incredible atmosphere, exceptional service and unforgettable food! Tomos was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us brilliant recommendations throughout the evening. He even suggested cocktails that weren’t on the menu, and they ended up being some of our favourites of the night. One of our friends has a gluten allergy and Tomos handled this so well. He was reassuring and answered all of our questions! Some of the highlights: corn ribs, beef ribs, mushroom parfait, burrata, fallow burger. Overall, this place absolutely lived up to the hype, and the experience was made even more memorable thanks to the exceptional service. Highly recommend.

I visited Franco's for the first time with my girlfriend for our anniversary. We were absolutely blown away by the quality of the service. Danilo, Patricia and Boban made sure we were more than looked after and comfortable the entire night. My girlfriend is coeliac and was completely accommodated for with an amazing gluten free menu. The food is absolutely outstanding, the cocktail list is one of the most interesting I have seen in a restaurant, the atmosphere and decor is lovely, all topped off with incredible service from some wonderful people. It was our first time here but certainly not our last, I would love to bring my family here in future. I would even go so far as to say that Franco's has become my favourite dining experience in London. Thank you to all who made it such an amazing experience.
