For a small cafe, as a Coeliac, this was a great find. There was a selection of cakes, instead of the usual one! And the staff were really helpful and willing to go the extra mile to provide food that I wanted all at a price that was reasonable and in line with the food containing gluten. Other places would do well to note! Thanks to the staff!

Always a favourite with me, and friends. Great decor, always something new to see, providing talking points. Views out onto the marina pontoons from one side, and seating area outside, too. Catering for sit in & takeaway beverages/snacks. Crockery is a quaint mix and match of old (not antique) teasers. Good menu catering for vegan & gluten free. Staff were pleasant and service was great. Owner works hard there too, but could smile more often.

Sunday roast, a large plate for £12:95 but lamb an extra 2 quid, it was slightly overdone but with a nice selection of vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and some stuffing. Dessert was a gluten free Alabama fudge cake, I asked and got whipped cream. I wouldn't have known it was gluten free. Great banter with the staff a d it was my first visit. Recommended
