Will do gluten free if you ask. There is a limited choice obviously but they are conscientious and will check ingredients before advising. Just make sure it's obvious that you cannot have any gluten at all if you are coeliac rather than it being an intolerance. It wasn't any trouble all the questions I asked them about it.

Nice place to go for beers and eats - they have a good selection of draughts and their food is tasty, albeit a bit expensive for small-ish portions. They do wing it wednesday where you can get a 3 course wing meal for £10 which is ace. They also have some Gluten Free options which is great!

We had a nice meal here. It’s central in Kirkwall. we had scallops to start, they were excellent. I had the sea bass special, very nicely crisped. Partner had gluten free battered haddock and chips. The chips not quite fully cooked we felt. I had a beer from the local scapa brewery. Modern vibe, restored sensitively inside. Very good place and mixed crowd.
