What a gem to have found in Palmer!
Coffee shop feel, but high end cuisine taste.
Delicious stew, pasta, and bread. The gluten free accommodations were surprisingly thorough and equally tasty. Not to mention the variety of teas and other non-alcoholic drinks!! (They have alcoholic too)
Seems like they have a lot of new staff and are working on their efficiency, but we weren't in a hurry and appreciated the relaxed atmosphere.
With an amazing view and a fun atmosphere, this spot offers a great variety on the menu and a lively vibe perfect for any casual outing.

I have to eat gluten free and normally get annoyed with eating a salad. I ordered the spinach goat cheese salad and it was seriously delicious. My daughter ordered the Casear with chicken and enjoyed it as well. The rest of the fam had pizza and it was good too. The view is just wow when it isn't cloudy. I enjoyed a cider and their was an impressive selection of beers. Stop by, we almost left because my kids saw a 21 plus sign but that's just for sitting at the bar. It was a great place.
I loved the small town feel. Plus, it was beyond exciting to be able to have gluten free toast with my breakfast. That isn't an option anywhere else I've been. Thank you!
Great lunch place! I go most Fridays for lunch with my boyfriend and we really enjoy the food. They have gluten free options on their keto menu which is a bonus. Red is an awesome server and knows us by name.
The coffee is superb, my favorite barista knows my order, and the food makes me so happy! The breakfast food is satisfying, the gluten free options are yummy, and the desserts are local and fresh. I love the quality of the beans they use and my favorite barista never burns my shots which is huge when you just want coffee to satisfy your crave. I appreciate that the lines are never to long and that they even have a few vegan snack options. The largest plus for me however as I am learning to not let my allergies overrule my life, is that they have coconut milk and it is unsweetened so I am not stuck with almond flavor in my coffee or soy milk which is so bad for you. It is so comforting to leave home and be able to still get good coffee that won't hurt my body from truly kind baristas which is why I love Palmer Coffee Co.
Wow, the gluten free crust is amazing! So glad they have this option. I love pizza, and theirs is, by far, the best pizza. I love that they are take and bake, and you can watch them make it if you want to. I don't think anywhere else stuffs the whole pizza either! They complete orders within 30 minutes. Plus, there are so many opportunities to get a discount on the pizza, just complete the review via the phone call within 24 hours of your purchase and you get free/discounted pizza.
Always a smile to greet me when I stop by and they remember what I drink, which is awesome when I'm only out once a week. Great coffee and gluten free snacks on the go!

Fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere. The food was well executed and delicious. Very good wine list too. Several mocktail options. And vegan, gluten free items for those who have dietary restrictions. Can't wait to go back. Worth the drive from Anchorage.
