Started off with a Falling for Agave cocktail! Absolutely delicious!! Shared a wedge salad with the perfect amount of blue cheese dressing. We were well cared for by multiple waiters, my water never went dry. Both my husband and I order steak. Mine came out cool blue, instead of rare, but was actually delicious and no need to send it back, glad I tried a few bites first. They have a good amount of Gluten Free options 🎉 I had the scalloped potatoes and finished off our meal with flourless chocolate cake! Devine! We will definitely be back.

This was my fifth (sixth?) visit to CIVANA, and I'll never stop talking about how much I love it. The spa is phenomenal; I always get a massage, then spend the afternoon enjoying the amenities. (Private spa pool, hot/cold plunge, sauna, steam room, relaxation rooms, private outdoor deck.) The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I've ever seen. The main pool is beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of seating. The restaurant has amazing gluten-free meals, their food is always a 10/10. The grounds are beautiful, they offer classes all day long (yoga, meditation, hiking, sound bath, mixology, myofascial release, TRX, you name it), and it's close to many fantastic hiking trails, if you have a car. The rooms are spacious and lovely, and the staff is incredible. This place has all of the amenities of a super luxury resort at a far more affordable price point and a premium yet unpretentious vibe. (Anywhere it's acceptable to enjoy a fancy dinner on the terrace in a bathrobe is OK by me.) I'll keep visiting year after year!

Excellent Italian dinner. Gluten-free pasta was very good. Rich tomato sauce. Great dessert of raspberry gelato.
