They make sure anything gluten free is cooked completely separate, and the cook brought it to me with labels! I loved it! Every time we go to Grill Pollo it is amazing! The food is perfectly seasoned and cooked, the manager is so sweet and very helpful, and it is always clean. I have to eat gluten free and this place has so many options! I've had chicken, rice, green beans, tortillas, and the flan. Best flan I've eaten. Highly recommend Grill Pollo!

We had lunch here yesterday and had great service and the food was wonderful. I have celiac and although they don't have a gluten free menu they did have an allergen chart. I ordered the sirloin, baked potato with butter only and broccoli and was fine. Looking forward to going back.

We had the chilli dog w/slaw the mac with brisket and a mac and cheese dog. The dogs were all beef and really good and they have gluten free buns! The staff was very kind and fixed any issues we had! We will be back

I love finding new restaurants, and I’m so glad I came across this one. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. The sushi chef took time to ask what I liked and offered to make me a special roll. I asked about gluten free options and they were quick to help there. Everything came out super fast. The restaurant was extremely clean. After my meal, the chef asked how everything was.10/10. If every dining experience could be this great!
