Since I have celiac disease and I'm vegan, eating out can be a challenge for me, so this place was an exciting find. I love having more than one or two options on the menu. Eating with chopsticks was also a fun experience for us, the food was delicious, and the staff took it to the next level. The gentleman who served us was kind and considerate. He really made us feel at home away from home! Will definitely come back here next time we're visiting Long Beach.

I decided to order from Thai Silk when my normal Thai place was closed. Hands down best Thai food I've ever had. The food had fresh herbs and was freshly made.
I called to get assistance with navigating the menu as I'm gluten free (not by choice). Their accommodations were phenomenal. They were so patience and understanding.

This was such a fun happy caring dining experience. The interior designer has impeccable taste in decor! Every staff encounter was above and beyond courteous and the pad see ew and pad Thai were out of this world (hats off to the chef)! The Thai tea was perfect too just like everything else. Ty for accommodating my gluten diet sensitivity, we highly recommend this place!!!
