I wanted to try the pastries from Eden Bakery at Theory and walked from my motel. The menu includes donuts, gluten-free pastries muffins, and breakfast sandwiches along with a wide variety of drinks. I selected a croissant, a gluten-free cinnamon roll, and an almond croissant. The cinnamon roll had a nice taste to it and a small amount of frosting. The croissant was light and flakey with a butter taste to it. The drink menu includes expresso, latte, kombucca, and pressed juice in the cooler. Located in downtown Redding on California Street. A nice place to stop for a drink, a pastry, and a bite to eat with plenty of space to work.

Today was a hot day. After grabbing pizza next door which is conjoined with the creamery spot, that was cool! I ordered a single scoop but they allow half on half scoop of two flavors in one. I got the honey vanilla latte and Nutella bonfire s'mores. It was a great combo. Service was kind, and they do flavor tasting if you are not sure what you want to get. They provide indoor and outdoor seating along with restrooms you can use. Parking was convenient. The Ice cream flavors were not too sweet, it was a perfect mix in the middle. Don't worry, they have gluten free cones and ice cream for those that celiac disease!! Great spot to have ice cream.

Very inviting atmosphere. Really fast service. They have a great cherry cider on tap. We ordered the California chicken burger. The chicken was very done. We also ordered the Mac and cheese, which seemed to taste like horse Radish was in it, and also the chicken alfredo, which was very dry. They have very large portions. Their fries are really yummy. I asked for a gluten-free bun, which they charged me two dollars extra for. For the chicken burger and cider, it was $30 without tip.

One of my new favorite spots. I’ve tried the bahama mama smoothie and the Pineapple Express juice, both were delicious! I also got a wrap which was amazing!! You customize your wrap and can get it grilled if you want. I got mine on the gluten free wrap and was shocked at how good it was. It was chewy, like a normal wrap, not brittle or dry like most gluten free ones. I will definitely be back.

The gluten free and vegan options were really delicious! A real treat! Totally recommend for people with sensitivities but be aware that if you're celiac it is not a dedicated GF space.

I was super excited to learn that there is a place where i can get gluten-free free bakery items in Redding. Though I was a little disappointed to see that the 4 GF items they had were in the same case as regular items. I have severe sensitivity and small amounts of cross contamination can ruin my week. Loved the environment and service .

I was so excited they had a separate gluten free menu, way easier than guessing off the regular one. The edamame was fantastic the sauce they use with it is good on everything! We had the tots and tacos also and my husband dipped them in the edamame sauce he loved it so much. The tacos and tots were also amazing with their own dipping sauces so don't let the above fool you. The spiked Thai tea drink is dangerous and amazing if you like Thai tea. Downtown parking sucks so just beware you may have to walk.

UPDATE::::2/12/24 SINCE THEY RELOCATED THE MENU CHANGE NOT VERY GLUTEN FREE FRIENDLY, THEN IF U ORDER GLUTEN FREE SANDWICH THEy charge full price for the small gluten free bread, what why first place everrr to do that the My honeys food was horrible and presentation was horrible food came cool. Waitresses was nice and took off 8 buck but I only took 3 BITES OUT OF MY RUEBEN SANDWISH WAS BITTER AND NOT FRESH WHATSO EVER REALLLLLY GONE DOWN HILL SINCE THEY MOVED . I HEARD 3 PEOPLE SOO IRRITATED AND COMPLAINED WHILE I WAS THERE. BUMMED SHAME ON THAT CHARGING REGULAR PRICE, YOU THINK THEY WOULDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THAT WHEN I SENT IT BACK. DO NOT GO HERE GO ELSE WHERE THEY ARE SO BAD NOW Absolutely beautiful atmosphere and boy there coffee drinks delicious even there hpuse coffee! Very friendly waitresses food good

For our 20th wedding anniversary we went to Taroko Asian grill. It was a beautiful restaurant with what can only be rated 5-star dining experience with extremely affordable prices. The staff was very friendly and kind. They have a gluten-free menu! We got wanton appetizers. My husband got wanton soup and also a rich Malaysian Curry bowl [(Steak) comes in chicken and shrimp too] . I got the Taroko Chicken and rice, delicious! We asked for extra bowls so we could try each others food. We will have leftovers for a few days. For dessert, we shared stawberry ice cream wrapped in Stawberry flavored Mouchi layered on top of a bed of crushed berries. They have it available in 4 flavors. Everything was so good. Compliments to the Chef, you have perfected your dishes! The flavor palettes are amazing! Definitely 5 stars! I can't wait to go again. Taroko Asian grill has got to be the best kept secret in Redding! If you are reading this,YOU will want to go soon before the secret gets out!

100% worth it. First off, they confident in the gluten free product. A few family members have celiac and no one had adverse reactions. Secondly, the food is so dang good. Tender, savory, smokey, and all the other adjectives that go along with great bbq. The sides are awesome as well. Can’t go wrong with any of this. Third, great location and central to Redding. Get some bbq and then head to local watering hole to finish the night off with a libation or two. I can’t say enough. I look forward to our next time ordering from them.

Repeat Customer. I first ordered the 15x15 Board for my office,with gluten free crackers. Everyone enjoyed the items on the board.There was a good variety. Then at the holidays I ordered the small hot chocolate bomb board for children. For a small board I was not disappointed with the amount of items, at a good price as well. Recently, I hosted a in Home Charcuterie Class, with 8 women. Kaitlyn was great. She was friendly, funny & knowledgeable about the cheeses. Also talked about the variety of how boards are different based on season or holiday. Everyone got an individual board along with a box of charcuterie items. I highly recommend.

Customer service was excellent. They took my allergies (dairy, gluten) into account and helped me navigate the menu. They were very patient and friendly about it. They also do have gluten free bread and sauces available Gina is a delight! I ordered a steak bowl and it was tasty and a lot of food! The fries are hot and delicious- kind of addicting.
