This is my third visit at Hula Hoops and the friendly, attentive service remains consistent. I don't live nearby otherwise I would visit more often since I like the easy-going ambience here. The place was packed on Saturday and it was only 4pm. Food is yummy - Filipino Hawaiin fusion! I love that I can have gluten-free loco moco (mochiko chicken; ask for gravy on the side). Note, it comes with macaroni (not gf) and rice. The chicken has that perfect crunch and tender meat. It's not too greasy nor too salty. My mom had the wings which she enjoyed. I was expecting it to be like spicy hot wings but it was more garlicky with Asian spices. The lumpia is, of course, our staple go-to. I actually prefer their brunch menu; wished that was served all day! Looking forward to coming back. There's many more dishes I want to try.

This place is packed for a reason. Food was excellent. My friend was happy they had gluten free bread for toast. The outside patio would have been nice to sit at BUT there are a ton of flies. As long as we can sit inside, we will be back!

it was my second time here and it did not disappoint! my girlfriend has a gluten allergy and the staff was helpful in navigating the menu for us both times. she ordered the city on gluten free bread with basil pesto & pickles, so they’re open to modifications. i had the battle sandwich. we each finished our meal extremely content. we will absolutely be coming back here anytime we want a sandwich south of the city. check this place out! ps. the french fries are not gf & the tater tots are made in the same space so they advised caution in terms of cross contamination

I just wanted to let people know. The food was outstanding as well as the service. Eric was amazing about me asking so many questions because I am gluten intolerant. He also was willing to try and accommodate me. Really appreciated it from beginning to ending. The food will speak for it's self. FANTASTIC and YUMMY

Just flew in from AZ and decided to stop here based off of the Google reviews. I'm a gluten free vegetarian and I'm allergic to wheat so I am gluten free too. The cheese enchiladas were great, and the veggie taco was massive. My girlfriend got the shrimp taco and a ceviche tostada and loved hers. Portions are huge, food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. I would say this restaurant is on par some of the best Mexican restaurants we love back in AZ. I would highly recommend, especially for any vegetarians or people who are gluten free.
