This place has a really awesome vibe and overall the food is pretty good (some items are over salted and some under salted), food comes out hot and fresh, each item as soon as it's ready. However...food isn't clearly labeled with ingredients for allergens or dietary concerns. Great job on having gluten free options but watch out for surprise pork options. Management offered a replacement item but it was already the last item to come out on a multi item order and we were ready to leave and did not want to stay longer.
With rave reviews for its delicious dishes and a focus on great value, this spot is a must-visit for a satisfying meal experience.

Brisket was lean and had great taste! This was during Tehachapi Mountain Fest and we ate at the restaurant. Service with a smile and great attitude. Pulled pork, excellent! Loved the sweet and mild BBQ sauce, couldn't decide which was better, so mixed them and used both. They also had amazing gluten free options, THANK YOU!! Thoroughly enjoyed the bourbon sweet potatoes.
A charming bakery/shop in town, known for delightful pies and a warm atmosphere, perfect for dessert lovers seeking unique treats.

This is not a restaurant, it's a bakery/shop. That said they have several gluten free options and I am very much looming forward to my gluten free Tehachaberry Pie for tonight 😋
Endless options of delicious take-and-bake pizzas await at this awesome little shop, perfect for any pizza lover's cravings.

Hands down best take and bake pizzas, their options are endless ; thin thick low carb gluten free, awesome little shop and the staff is amazing. I usual get the thin crust because the thick is very thick lol. 🤪 definitely recommend.
1 year update:
Still impressed with how good the food is here. Quality has been consistently high and service good. There’s been a series of business that failed in this exact spot, but 4 Season’s excelled. Glad they made our small mountain town home.
Initial Review:
I've eaten here a few times and am really impressed. Ingredients are fresh, they don’t cover up with a ton of sauce, and the food quality is surprisingly high.
There’s some gluten free options as well since they use gluten free soy sauce. Do note the teriyaki sauce is not gluten free.
Everyone raves about it and I was really hoping they would have some sort of pastry that was gluten free but sadly they don’t.
My husband had the lemon square and said he was a little disappointed as it was really thick pastry with little lemon filling.
Guess if you’re not gluten free it’s a great spot ;)
Wonderful place! GREAT staff and OMG delicious food! Knew exactly what to offer me after finding out I had a gluten allergy. Would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be going back!
Two friends and I had the Eggplant Parmesan, and our 4th person had clam sauce over gluten-free pasta. We all loved it, and the portions were large enough to take some home for lunch the next day.
Recently revamped with a new vibe, this spot impresses with outstanding service and a fresh take on familiar dishes, making it a must-try.

It’s really great now. I tried it a few years ago but didn’t like it, they must have new management because now it’s great.
Service is outstanding and they are allergy friendly. You can order a lot of things gluten free.
How does it compare to Thaihatchapi? It’s a slightly different style and taste for similar dishes, but I’d say it’s the same excellent quality and enjoyment. Neither one of them is better than the other, both are great. You can jump back and forth between the two to keep it fresh.
They are a great price. I love that they have their coupons built into the app.
I have to get gluten free and it lasted pretty good and wasn't super expensive. 4 pizzas + a gluten free meatzza with 2 2liter cokes was about $66 (with tip).
Their app makes the process fun and enjoyable. I have order through their app twice and it was easy and I can make the pizza how I want. Then when I got there I was able to just click in the app that I'm there for pickup and was able to skip the line (face it here in Tehachapi I don't think there would be much of a line).
On my second order I got the notification to pick it up and I was already on my way to get it but was still over 5 minutes away, and when I showed up they weren't finished with the pizza. They were still coming out of the oven. I had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes before I got them. They did bring it to my vehicle though. It was a good thing I wasn't in a really big hurry.
