My Fiancè and I went to GGs and it was delicious! I have a lot of dietary restrictions and this place was Gluten free, Dairy free, sugar sensitive, and vegan friendly! They have not only meals they make for you on the menu, but a whole store front with premade meals, accessories, and cute home decor! There is room to sit inside and it’s fairly spacious! * Celiacs be warned * The waitress said this meal could be made GF. I think the cook was mad because I ordered it to be made GF. The GF pasta was raw. I ordered the short rib ragu and the meat was not shredded into a ragu. I had to do it manually. So many things wrong with the dish. This was no mistake. I will NEVER go back and will let all friends and family know to stay away.

Great spot for great eats!!! My family and I enjoyed a burrito bowl, some tacos, and a gordita. All was great. My wife has a gluten intolerance and was happy to find many options available to her. If you like it spicy, just ask. Try the pickled beets, earthy, sweet. and just the right amount of "kick". They are also a BYOB facility with a package store a few steps away

Truly a superb dining experience! Food quality, presentation, service and atmosphere are absolutely stellar. As good as any fine dining establishment I have experienced in New York City. Truly gourmet. My son and I have multiple food allergies to gluten and dairy- and they accommodated us with no problem. (And on a holiday no less!) The owner was a lovely woman who explained to me that they are a scratch kitchen and can accommodate easily. Instead of bread they brought us plantains and chimichuri sauce. My son and I had rack of lamb perfectly seasoned with delicious vegetables and an allergen free demi glaze made special. My son had octopus and I a delicious salad as appetizers modified to our needs. The meal was leisurely and the staff was attentive concerned that the meal was made to our satisfaction. My husband had the duck and calamari which they modified for his dietary needs (he is diabetic) and he raved about the delicate melt in your mouth flavors. We did not sample them but they offer gf empanadas too. (2 kinds) Do yourself a favor, when you are in the vicinity in East Lyme CT, stop in to Rossa Negra. You will not be disappointed, this is a top notch establishment.

I would give 10 stars if that was an option. They were so warm and welcoming!! Our waitress was exceptional! My husband was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and eating out is challenging. She had family with the same disease and was so knowledgeable and helpful when we ordered. She even brought my husband a gluten free brownie and asked her mom about a good gluten free bread. Kudos 👏 💐 And last but not least, the pizza was delicious. Hot and so cheesy!!
