There were able to work with my gluten allergy. I had chicken with lemon and capers and my daughter had the seafood pasta. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Left full and happy.
A charming spot with lovely vibes, attentive service, and a menu that leaves everyone eager to return!

We LOVED this cafe! We were visiting from Ohio and stopped to get breakfast before the drive home. I am SOOOO happy we did! Abby helped us and was very kind and super friendly. You can tell she loves her job. The other staff was helpful too. The Vermonter sandwich was wonderful - thank you for having gluten free buns! I hope next time you have at least one pastry available that is gluten free also 😊. It’s a cute place with absolutely delicious food and great service. When we are in the area again - we will be back!
With individually flavored dishes and a unique focus on poriyals, this place stands out for its vibrant and diverse Indian cuisine.

The very tasty dishes , unlike many Indian restaurants, were all individually flavored. Many Indian restaurants have dishes that taste the same. I was ordering for a person who has celiac disease, which means very allergic to gluten- a medical problem. The kitchen here was scrupulous about gluten free and well aware of potential problems with cross contamination. As someone who has been to India seven times, I highly recommend this restaurant. In addition , the fact that there is a separate menu section for poriyals ( பொரியல் in Tamil and, yes, I’ve studied Tamil) a South Indian veg dish, separates Tandoori Flames from other more routine Indian restaurants.
Great pizza! Carmelized onion and bacon is a favorite combo. The gluten free pizza is one of the better ones around. Pasta dishes are yummy. House dressing is a must for your salad. Some yummy dessert favs too! Patio area is great for parties!
Enjoy a customizable experience with hard shell tacos that burst with flavors, perfect for any taste and preference!

Hot, fresh, and delicious. Fast and friendly service! Options for many diet restrictions. I love that, being gluten free; the only thing I can’t eat is the flour tortillas!
You pick what goes on and how much of it. (Extra meat, guacamole and queso are additional $.) Service with a smile!
(Definitely give the hard shell tacos a try. Less is more with toppings on the tacos.
My favorite is the barbacoa because the beef juice soaks into the shell, yum!
Try it with a little white rice, barbacoa, a little mild tomato salsa, dash of mild green tomatillo salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. Really hits the spot!)
A hidden gem with amazing options that even the toughest critic will love—definitely worth the trip!

This place was delicious! I cannot recommend it enough. We had Helmut as a server and he was great. We asked him for recommendations and they were great! Even though it was very hard to cut through the gluten free pizza crust. But we got it cut and eaten. The rest of our meals were so good! Gluten free pasta, mussels, salmon and pasta, lobster ravioli - all wonderful!
