We went there with our 13 yo who has celiac and got the gluten free pizza and no issues at all… it’s very hard to find a pizza place that we can all eat at… We drove over an hour and 15 minutes and was worth it….
With a vibrant atmosphere and live music, this spot serves up delicious pies and offers unique options to satisfy everyone’s cravings.

Food was excellent. Really cool vibe. Lots of gluten free options for pizza and sandwiches. House made tortilla chips were super thin and crispy goodness.
A cozy spot with a warm vibe, serving delicious pizzas and fresh salads, perfect for a casual night out or a quick takeaway!

When my daughter first pulled up to the building, I was a little put off by the outside, but we have found the best little gems in the least likely places. LaStella was definitely one of them. Immediately, it felt warm, and inviting the staff was very welcoming. The menus are simple, the food excellent. We had a garden salad, and it was fresh, crisp and tasty, followed by a gluten-free veggie pizza and yes, one pizza was enough, A+++. Although we don't live in Norwich, we definitely will be back.
Given that this is priced as it is, I expected a certain level of professionalism and service. I went with a friend for a spa package and left disappointed. The masseuse did an okay job with the massage but talked nonstop. The facial was lovely and while that person also talked nonstop, it was an interesting topic at least. I have no complaints at all about the pedicure - top notch and lovely ladies doing them.
However, lunch was positively abysmal. They charge $35 in the day spa package for a "prix fix" lunch but you order off the menu. It's pretty apparent that many of the options don't add up to the $35 you paid upfront. On top of that, I expect a spa/nice hotel to be up to date with allergy needs. I cannot eat gluten - it's not a "preference", it's a must avoid. There were three options for me in total and I went with the baby kale salad. The greens were tough, the chicken breast on top was SO tough that I literally could not cut it, and I ate only half the salad. Our initial waitress was the worst part. When asked what sort of steak cut is on the salad she responded "I don't know" and stared at us. When asked what sort of dessert options there were (prior to ordering lunch) we were told the dessert menu would be available after the lunch was cleared. When we politely asked for further information we were told "sorbet, sweets, and ice cream". And another blank stare. So we asked what were "sweets" and she begrudgingly gave us some ideas. Literally the least helpful staff I've ever encountered. I can't imagine what made her so unwilling to even begin to do her job competently. Thankfully other staff in the restaurant were a bit nicer.
In the end, I am never going back for a package again and certainly never stepping foot in that restaurant again.
This spot serves up super cheesy and large pizzas, making it a favorite for those seeking delicious options without the usual worries.

Pasta wasn't gluten free as promised - caused massive digestive issues. Big problem. Food was very disappointing and mediocre. Good service from waiter

This is the 3rd time I have ordered a gluten free meal from here and I can't say enough how much I appreciate this restaurant. They didn't know but today is my birthday and all I wanted was some comfort food of spaghetti and meatballs. They really made y day by going out of the way to make GF garlic bread on their rolls, and they actually had GF meatballs! I wasn't even able to eat it all because the meal was so big. Thank you thank you thank you. Previously I had ordered a salad and then the Rueben sandwich on a GF roll and both were fantastic. Can't wait to try more!

These ladies are amazing! They always have the best customer service. Being a strict gluten free person, they always take the time to make sure my sandwich and hashbrowns are prepared safely.
The best Thai food around! Always fresh, always delicious, and always friendly. I go here once a week for takeout, and it is simply the best. Also, their gluten free options are a huge plus!
Amazing attention to detail ensures a careful and enjoyable experience without any worries.

My bf went in and specifically told them there was a gluten allergy. And the manager took his time to make the burgers carefully, it came out amazing and there was absolutely no gluten exposure! Thank you so much!!!!

I have allergies and my family came to this Chipotle after a very long fun-filled day. I have nothing but good things to say. One guy with nice thick braids made sure that everything they could was served to us fresh so it wasn't contaminated with gluten. He made sure everything we needed was taken care of and i really appreciated it. This guy knew what he was doing and did it well. It totally made there not being fajita mix like nothing (because that often happens at all Chipotles)
Phenomenal service and delicious food.
Accommodation for our gluten free friend and was cautious on food prep.
Server was Amy and she was absolutely a star

I'm not even sure how this "pizza" restaurant has 4 stars. First red flag: There was 2 half pies sitting in the display case & it's 4 hours before closing time. Second red flag: Those 2
Half pies had no color to the crust & the toppings looked stale/not appealing. Last red flag: Quoted 10 mins for 3 pies to be ready!! 10 mins!! I'm like that can't be real.
I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, medium cheese pizza, and a gluten free margarita pizza. That oven must use hell fire. I've never been told 10 minutes for even one pizza pie but 3... Sigh. Should have said NOPE! - but gave them a try...
The crust was beyond your standard thin crust. No structure to the pizza & the cheese slid off the dough when you went to grab a slice. The dough barley had any color to it.
The pepperroni had some flavor due to the pepperroni itself but same issue as the cheese. Also, the cook time was evident. The pepperroni didn't even cook well. It was an oily mess.
The gluten free crust was good but the toppings were bad. The tomatoes were not plump red but a translucent red. Hardly any cheese or sauce.
I'm guessing because this spot supports all the local teams is why everyone gives them good ratings. This is no where close to good pizza. I'd take my school cafeteria pizza over this "pizza."
See photos for disappointment.
Also, plenty of parking.
I often order lunch here for my break at work. I usually get one of their soups. The generous serving is enough to hold me until late afternoon. They have a wide variety of soup recipes, and usually have two available Monday through Friday, with occasional leftovers from the day before. My favorite is Zippy Chicken! They frequently have gluten free and vegetarian soup and salad options. When I'm in the mood for their awesome Turkey on Focaccia sandwich, I get mine with the bread wrapped separately so I can give that part away and just eat the middle. Even without the bread, it is still quite filling. I can only imagine how stuffed I would be if I ate the bread too! Don't get me wrong - they have awesome bread, it's just that I can't eat grain products due to food sensitivity issues. If you're looking for good Mediterranean food and desserts, Lazizah Bakery is a great place to start.
If I could, I would nominate them for a visit from Guy Fieri of "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives"! Can I do that? ... Hmmm ... I should go look that up.
Everyone who works here is friendly. The food is awesome. There are choices for all. The vegetarian can get plenty to eat. The 2 that are gluten free have choices. I had the grilled seafood trio and they were so good! Our server even remembered us and our special dietary needs our don needs and went above and beyond!
