Just WOW. The ingredients are good quality and super fresh, the crust is absolutely delish. Tried both the NG flatbread and the sweet love panuozzo, and it genuinely has to be the best pizza in Jax. Gluten-free bread and crusts are usually very dense, gritty, and crumbly… Absolutely not the case here. I could not even tell the difference between the non-gluten and normal crust!! The non-gluten version even has that signature bounce back as you chew like any regular bread!! Never had that before! And the owner, Alex, is an absolute GEM. He was super charismatic and friendly, chatted with us for a bit and took the time to explain some of the menu items to me as it was my first visit, and I was stumped as to what to try first! Absolutely sold me on the Sweet Love Panuozzo and let me tell you O M G… It’s a must-try. So incredibly astounded by Rodrigo’s, I can’t stop raving to my fiancé and our friends about it! Corn tortillas FTW. As a gluten free person, it was great to see that corn tortillas were everywhere on the menu. I had a chicken quesadilla and the Al Pastor taco. Everything was delicious 😋 I started with a Classic Margarita and it was meh so the next round I got the Sangrarita which was lovely.

Came with my wife and grandson, his chicken tenders were great and the fries even better. Wife had gluten free Zinger pizza that she just LOVES. And they have happy hour! Richard our server always makes sure everything is perfect. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience at this ice cream shop yesterday. It’s hard to find places that offer such a wide variety of gluten free and dairy free options, so I was excited to see so many choices. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive and even noticed my ice cream starting to fall off my cone. They kindly caught my attention and offered me a cup to save my treat! That kind of thoughtful service really stood out. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, making it a great place to relax and catch a break from the Florida sun. They had plenty of seating, including outdoor seating if you’d prefer that option. If you’re looking for delicious ice cream, excellent service, and a welcoming environment, I highly recommend this spot.

Grassroots in 5 points is the only place in Jacksonville you can buy high quality Natto. And if you don't know what Natto is, you should google "Natto Pubmed" and see some of the reseach on it... It's something worth having in your diet for sure. They also have the best Miso brand, South River Miso, if you don't know about them... Their Dandelion Leek Miso is so good a jar of it was given to the Empress of Japan as a Gift... Grassroots in 5 points has the Dandelion Leek Miso, it's pungent heaven in a jar. I make Vegan Mac and Cheese with it and I have no regrets about leaving aged cheeses behind... The Miso Mac is far superior in taste and nutrion... For the sauce I use Brazil Nuts, Hemp seeds, raw Garlic bulbs, Smoked Paprika, Black Pepper, Olive Oil, Miso, Natto and kelp/irish sea moss powder in a vitamix, sometimes I add an avocado or sunflower seeds too or some cooked veggies like squash, corn and mushrooms... All of which you can get at grassroots... They have great produce for all kinds of recipes and sell locally grown mushrooms and micro greens that can't be beat. I use their Quinoa noodles for the mac and cheese, although they have lots of other great Gluten free organic noodle options. As well as organic corn tortillas, refried bean and green chilis for those of us that grew up out west and need green chilis in our lives for dips and casseroles and enchilladas... They also have organic Tamarind fruit in a glass jar for anyone who loves Thai cooking or looking to Detox from Fluoride and heavy metals, google it if you don't believe me, Tamarind is powerful stuff and wonderful in smoothies with spiralina and "modified citrus pectin"-pubmed search that for more info on detoxing. They have a decent frozen fruit section for at home smoothie makers as well as a wonderful smoothie bar with lots of options and add ins. The owner is very friendly and takes time to answer questions, makes the shopping experience very relaxing and empowering. Most things in the store are organic and the prices reflect that compared to conventional, but with the unbelievably high amount of pesticides in conventional food products and the alarming amount of studies out that show highly processed foods are causing our gut microbiome to become "industrialized" and make us incredibly sick, it's worth it to buy local food, freshly picked with the highest amounts of nutrients available for our bodies withouth being covered in pesticides that harm our bodies. We are what we eat and I like being Fresh, Healthy and Local, that's why I shop at grassroots and not wholefoods or publix. Grassroots has local produce grown with love, organically and delivered freshly picked, their local produce and microgreens are farmers market fresh and organic... That's priceless.

First time in and I was very impressed. I had the best potatoes and non dairy cheese. The street corn was excellent. My son loved his pork wrap and Mac and cheese. I had chicken bowl salad. They were very knowledgeable about gluten allergies and were able to create an amazing lunch for me! The lemonade was delicious. The employees looked happy and all very friendly. We even met the owner. He had such passion for his shop. The vibe was chill and relaxing. I love the transparency of food prep. You can see the love put into the food. Clean, delicious eating. 💙 I ate at the Blue Orchid Thai restaurant for the first time this past week with my friend. It captures your attention right away with its beautiful interior and large outdoor eating porch. We decided to sit outside because the weather was so nice. I ordered my fav Thai dish, Drunken Noodles. They are great about taking care of gluten allergies there and the dish tasted very fresh and delicious. My friend got the yellow curry and she loved it. If you love Thai food definitely go The ambiance, food and location are amazing 🤩

Everything here was delicious! Chicken Lamb and beef gyros over salad, rice or pita with sides that are fresh and well-seasoned. Gluten-free and veggie options are available. My hubby says the baklava is fantastic, authentic and definitely worth the calories.

Hawker’s was my first stop for my trip to Jacksonville. I sure was craving Asian cuisine and this place is the place to go-to. The decor and atmosphere was very lively and see why it is. The food was fantastic and delightful especially the Roast Duck Bao. The Bao is so simple few ingredients which makes it amazing and always been my favorite. The other dishes Roti, C.K.T, Singapore definitely complement each other and can hold its own. Viet-Spresso was a very good twist to the popular espresso martini but more of kicker going into the veins. As I’m typing this, I can taste all the food once again. *multiple items can be made gluten free such as the Singapore Mei fun and the servers are open to finding alternatives for your restrictions.

I love that they had a gluten-free dairy-free option! The toasted coconut was amazing and the waffle cone was a nice touch to top it off. The atmosphere was very welcoming. It's a nice place to sit and chat to catch up with an old friend.

Favorite restaurant in the area. I am gluten free and the staff is always accommodating. Food is amazing and service is always great. I visit at least twice a month and it makes it hard to go other places because of the possibility of being disappointed.

First time trying Insomnia Cookies. I’ve heard this isn’t the best location, but I had them delivered. The cookies were still warm. Some of them were a little hard around the edges but all soft in the middle. We tried a variety including cookies n cream, confetti, red velvet, gluten free chocolate chip and M&M. I feel like these have less sugar than Crumbl, and are smaller, which I like. I’ll definitely be going to other locations and trying various flavors.

The server was friendly but forgot to add the gluten free flatbread. I will be miserable for the next couple days because of their carelessness. First and last time dining here. Do yourself a favor if you’re gluten free and go somewhere better.

Wonderful BBQ! We ordered the pig platter which consist of 4 meats, 2 large side and Texas toast. The 4 meats were spicy sausage, brisket, smoked wings and ribs. Side of potato salad and corn nuggets to die for! Overall, the platter was too much my stomach could handle but enjoyed every bit of it! I ate much as I could resulting me to go into a food coma. I’ll come back to order an individual meal lol. **All meats gluten free!

Discovered this place a year ago and fell in love instantly. The staff is very friendly and the blueberry coffee is amazing! Oh yeah the food is great too! There are a good amount of vegetarian and gluten free options. One complaint is cheese grits are hit or miss. Sometimes they are a delicious orange dream, other times they are the same tasteless grits you get at Waffle House.

My friend and I popped into Sake House for a quick lunch. We were pleasantly surprised at the quick service, the great food and the good prices. I really liked my eel roll and loved the seaweed salad. I appreciated that Sake House has gluten free soy sauce available.

Went last night for dinner, called ahead to see if they were still safe for celiacs doing hibachi. The lady who answered the phone was really sweet and explained that they would make my food in the back but it would take a little longer because they had to wipe everything down, which I was fine with! When we got there she reminded me to let my server know. My food came out before my fiancé got his meat from the hibachi table! It was quick and delicious!! I’m a sensitive celiac person, so I couldn’t recommend this place more!! They doubled checked the ranch dressing for me (it is gluten free), and just made me feel really safe eating here! It’s a must try!! The only thing I wish is that they had gluten free yum yum sauce. We will be back!!!

Consistantly good pizza. You can't go wrong with their garlic butter dipping sauce. Their Gluten free pizza is alright if they cook it properly and add extra cheese, other wise it is a little on the "cardboard" side.

NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY. I went there because i was told the owner has celiacs, as do I. After discussing that we were both celiac, the owner served me chips and told me they were safe, then later told me they were fried in the fryer with other gluten containing foods. I am now sick.

As a newbie to the fighting game community, I felt so welcomed by the staff and regulars at tonight’s Tekken 8 tournament. The ramen was excellent, and the chef made accommodations for my wife to eat a gluten free meal. I really have nothing but good things to say, and can’t wait to show back up for another match!

I happen to stop here when I was picking up my grandbaby for a visit. I have a ton of allergies so I ordered a gluten free turkey no tomato. It wasn't cut so I asked the young lady if she could cut it, I was driving and neede it to be smaller in size to eat. She said no because of the gluten allergy it would cause cross contamination. She gave me a plastic knife. I was so impressed and appreciative that she thought about my allergies! I enjoyed my sandwich and the service as well!
