We ate in, which was probably a mistake as they seem to be geared towards takeout and delivery. The staff didn't know how to handle dine-in customers. The pizza is fine, glad that they have gluten free crust options, but the rice flour crust was burned on the outside and tasteless. It was a meh experience.

Delicious, consistent, great service, and celiac friendly. Our family loves it here. For us (a family of 4 with teens), it's not the best atmosphere when it's busy. That's ok, we just avoid those busy hours. Highly recommend them!!

A la cart style tacos. Plus some bowls, chip plates and sides. Pork belly, duck, fish, mushroom, and cauliflower were all delicious. Almost everything on the menu is gluten free and celiac safe (except dessert and quesadillas) our server checked and there's a separate GF fryer for chips. QR style ordering or paper/pencil. Definitely wouldn't call it authentic tacos but you'd have to be pretty dull to think it would be. They do a good job with complimentary flavors.

Water and Flour is a place of delight in Soho. The perfect blend of various cuisines offered to delight each and every person. They offer Japanese, American, Italian, and Mexican. This is an ideal place to dine at as you can make it the ideal experience you picture. It can be a quick in and out dine with casual dress, but you can also have a fancy dining experience. This was not my first time dining at this place, and it is safe to say they amaze me each time. The servers are all super sweet and willing to do anything for you. I never had a time where I was sitting there waiting to be served needing something. The décor is welcoming and I always recommend siting outside in the tropical temperatures with palm trees hugging you by all corners. There drink menu is not the biggest one but they do offer basically anything you would want. They have various cocktails, bubbly and rose, red wine, white wine, beer, and seltzers. We got the Snoop’s Garden cocktail which is gin, strawberry basil shrub, agave, and lemon juice. I like the sweeter side of things when it comes to drinks. If you do not like sweet drinks, this is not the one for you unfortunately. However, it is such a refreshing drink that is full of flavor. We started with two apps, the crispy rice with spicy ahi tuna and the volcano roll. The crispy rice was a perfect blend of crunchy, creamy, and fresh tasting. The sriracha aloli brought it all together making the tuna taste even better. The 8-roll sushi was filled to the brim bringing all tastes of the ocean together. It included crab, shrimp, cucumber, avocado, scallions, a kabayaki glaze, sriracha aloli, and sesame aioli. My server was very polite and recommended to get an extra side of aloli which was a perfect addition. The sushi was one of the best rolls I have had in Tampa even considering restaurants that purely only offer sushi. For our entrees, we got the mushroom marsala fresh pasta and the Tuscan brick oven pizza. Personally, I believe rigatoni is the best pasta option to go with. The marsala wine mushroom sauce was on the thicker side. The creamy sauce was perfect and I will definitely be getting this again in the future. My boyfriend was very satisfied with the 6 slice 12-inch personal pizza. The dough was fluffy in the crust but the naturally fermented sourdough crust had a perfect burn throughout the pie. For those interested in the pizza and pasta, they also have gluten free options as well. You need to check out Water and Flour for the perfect blend of tastes, cuisines, and ambience. They also have specials and happy hour from the hours of 4-7 pm if you’re looking for some good food for a good deal for your buck. Overall a great experience at On Swann! One of the ladies in our group is gluten free and they had a separate menu for her and were very accommodating. Drinks were delicious and the apps were so yummy too! We were a bit unimpressed by the entrees but totally a great place for drinks and apps. Our waitress was fantastic!

Okay guys Forbici was great it was the best place to go after my best friend bought her wedding dress. The eggplant lasagna was a gluten free dream. They had the spookiest decorations in Hyde Park! And the cacio e pepe transported me back to Italy!

Cupcakes, cupcakes, cupcakes, so beautiful and looking so awesome. Carlo was so helpful and passionate that I thought he was the owner, but he is a passionate cupcake guide. SO excited to find 2 gluten free versions, a sugar free and 4 vegan styles. I chose the red velvet gluten free that was packaged in a cute holder to prevent icing smash disaster. 4 types of Vegan cupcakes from Miyokos Creamery of Sonoma CA. It's not cheating but there are a few cookies. This special place in Hyde Park also sports a cupcake ATM. Store is Wheel chair access, Restrooms in Hyde Park department stores and Capital One Cafe across the Hyde Park Circle. Parking is pay by app in street which fills up quickly or free parking garage. The wall posted menus are fairly readable.

I was able to get a Gluten-free sandwich here. The coffe was amazing. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing after my flight. Close to the Riverwalk. We forgot about our parking and quickly got a ticket. Thankful it was only $30.

Sweet Soul was definitely sweet to the soul. It was a great visit with great service. It's part of the locally owned Ciccio Restaurant Group, and kind of follows the same type of bowl concept as the other restaurants. The twist is that it's basically plant based and dairy free. They also have lots of gluten free options. I was seriously blown away by the taste of the PB and GF dark chocolate chip cookies. They were fresh, soft, and oh so chocolaty. I didn't miss the dairy one bit. Anyway, I was set on having a swirl of 2 soft serve flavors. I just wasn't sure if they could swirl the Yelp's 5-Star strawberry with matcha. I'd only seen pictures of it with the chocolate. Well, I was so happy to hear that they could do that with 2 of my favorite flavors. It was a good match. The blueberries, strawberries, and coconut flakes went perfectly with it. I only wish I had chosen the Nutella drizzle instead of the honey. The Nutella apparently hardens up on the soft serve and kind of keeps it all together. They did recommend it, but I was kind of going for a healthier option. The honey was good but maybe too heavy for it. I'll know for next time. Yes, there will be many next times. I totally want to go back and try the Italian Stallion and the acai bowls. I definitely need to get more of those cookies as well. It was the perfect morning full of enjoyable weather and wholesome treats.

Coffee shop with WiFi so there are usually people working or studying from here and even have a printer if you need. Although it’s odd that the WiFi actually isn’t faster (6-8Mbps) considering how many people work from here. They have many vegan and gluten free options. The staff is fantastic and friendly

First time experience celebrating a belated mothers day with my best girls. Thrilled that they were able to honor a request for gluten free for my daughter who most events misses out on eating or gets immediately sick. She was happy to find a bread that was soul satisfying and pain free! Our server Perla was a absolute gem recommending teas to try which we ended up buying loose leaf and bring home as souvenirs of a wonderful afternoon together ❤️ 😊

You need a treat from here. They have some of the tastiest Italian cookies and treats. Everything is fresh and the people are nice. Tucked in at Hyde Park Village, they have a few tables inside and outside for you to sit and enjoy. They even have a few gluten free cookies.

Food was great! 0 issues here.The gluten free pizza was very good (some of the best gf pizza in Tampa). Pasta was just as good as the original location in St. Pete. Service was efficient and attentive, with the staff demonstrating a friendly and welcoming demeanor throughout the meal. However, the interior design falls short of expectations for a newly opened restaurant. The space feels underwhelming, with a layout that doesn’t fully capitalize on the opportunity to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. It comes across as a hasty rebrand of the previous Luv Child concept, lacking cohesion and personality. This isn't an ideal spot for couple/date since the tables are too close together. Outdoor seating area looked much better, but was too cold on the day we visited. In summary, it’s a solid choice for a casual meal.

The decor is slightly art deco with clean lines and extravagant fixtures. I was impressed by the server’s attentiveness while not being overly intrusive. We started with a hot tea which was served with a lovely hot carafe and double walled cup to keep it warm. The rock sugar stirrer was a nice touch. I opted for the honey which didn’t come with a spoon, so that was less than perfect but was rectified easily by the server’s assistant. She was great at making sure water was replenished and napkins were folded when one of our guests used the ladies room. Their website describes a very strict dress policy, but it was not as strict as it says. If you are dressed nicely, you can get away with open toe sandals or heels. I had on sandals and my daughter had on sneakers without issue. This was lunch however, and dinner is more strict. We started with the steak and humus appetizer which was deliciously garlicky! My daughter, who eats 100% clean and gluten free, had an easy time ordering a plain salmon with greens. It was perfect. The Wagyu beef ribs were also very good. The Asian noodle salad was not as flavorful as I would have liked, but still fresh and tasty. The warm chocolate chip cookies with ice cream was a decadent dessert after a lunch of salad! When dining in an upscale restaurant I rarely ask for a “to go” box because it can feel gauche, but I also hate wasting food. I was delighted to learn they package your leftovers for you and deliver it to your table in an elegant bag so you can feel good about enjoying the rest of your meal later.

We went there for our anniversary dinner. We had the Burrata with pistachio butter and tomato jam for starters, Radiatore with truffles and mushrooms, and Rigatoni with charred tomatoes for the mains, and creamed spinach and eggplant polpette for the sides. We also had a smoked old fashioned and Amalfi passion fruit gin drink. Since we are vegetarian and my husband doesn’t eat eggs, we were offered the gluten-free lentil pasta option, and therefore instead of radiatore and rigatoni, we had penne in other of our pasta dishes. Everything was super delicious and very filling- so much that we didn’t have room for dessert! I especially recommend the radiatore and the burrata. If you’re a vegetarian or if you don’t eat eggs, you will not be disappointed with the food at Timpano. However, there were a few downers too. The first was that the maitre d’ was pretty rude and unwelcoming in her tone and demeanor. I had made a reservation the day before. Upon arriving, the host asked my name a couple of times and even though it is an Indian name it is not difficult to pronounce or spell. She told me she didn’t have my reservation when I had made one the day before and also called again earlier the same day before visiting to move the reservation to 8:30. However, she offered me a reservation at the moment. The second was that even though there wasn’t too much of a rush as it was a Thursday, the waiters seemed to be running around initially and didn’t even offer or ask us for water. During the course of our dinner, our server became more attentive and asked us about door and such, and packed out leftovers for us. If I go here again, it is definitely for the food.

We love Petra! The food here is fresh and flavorful. My girls and I love the mixed grill, great dish if you want to try different grilled meats. My husband it is vegetarian and they have great appetizers, sandwiches and plates for him. They have options for low carb and gluten free diet The restaurant is not very big, but it is clean ,cozy and has a beautiful patio. Highly recommended!

Listen... Tampa... I'm going to be seriously disappointed in you if you don't patronize this place and keep it open. I live in St Pete and am doing my part when I'm in town, but I can't do it without you. As far as I'm concerned this is the best burger and best gluten free burger that has ever existed. The bite, the flavor, the juiciness. Even the GF bun is chewy fluffy perfection. I literally dream about this burger and try to plan my days around figuring out how to get my next hit when I'm in town.

Excellent food and customer service. They expertly accommodate gluten free if needed. If you’re not sure what to get, try the appetizer sampler and the mixed dinner for two. It’s enough food for 3-4 people.
