Absurdly bad customer service.
The menu lists a gluten free crust option. As I began placing my order using the touchscreen kiosk, I noticed this option seemed to be missing. After quite a bit of effort, I was finally able to get the attention of an employee. I explained that the gf option was missing. She was very sweet and actually told me that she would personally make my pizza, and to just let her know my order number once I completed the transaction. So, I followed her instructions.
About 15 minutes later I was told by another employee that there were no gf crusts available. He turned to another worker who very callously said "NOPE!" when he asked if there were any more gf crusts somewhere. This was particularly jarring since it seemed like this business was ready to take my food allergy seriously.
After speaking with 2 other people my transaction was allegedly cancelled (I have my doubts), and I was forced to pay again for the other item I ordered. I was told that I would get a refund in 24-48 hours.
With the exception of that single employee who was very nice, every other employee I interacted with seemed extremely put-out to have to deal with me.
Never eat here. Especially, if you have a food allergy.
For management, the details of this debacle of a transaction are listed on my receipt in the photo.
An oasis in the busy airport with a chill vibe, great service, and standout quality that makes layovers a pleasure.

Hannah, the bartender, was very personable. Their draft system was down but she was very accommodating and provided excellent service. Mongolian beef was very tasty and was able to made gluten free. 10/10 will be back.
A spacious spot near ATL airport that's perfect for family or friends, offering a lively atmosphere and fantastic diverse menu options.

Pizza is really good and descent quality in a sense where your stomach isn’t hurting after. Gluten Free options available.
The atmosphere can be improved upon however.
This place is a hidden treasure of Atlanta. The location is a little off-putting, but once you find the place it is absolutely worth it. The food is delicious and they have a lot of variety. They also have ample options for vegetarian and gluten free dishes.
They have vegan and gluten free options!
Falafels were really flavorful, as well as the chicken and lamb.
The falafel pita sandwich size wasn't enough to fill up my husband, but he said it would be perfect for lunch.
The prices were ok for what you get.
Everything is served on styrofoam, and they don't recycle the water bottles or plastic ware. (Hoping this will change...)
Hours were posted by a handwritten note. They need to update their hours on websites, but hopefully this will change after I spoke to someone about it.
I needed to eat something gluten-free (intolerance), but all those places are AFTER going through security, and I wasn’t a passenger this time. I decided to take a chance with this place and got brown rice (white wasn’t available at the moment), bourbon chicken, and vegetables. My meal was quite pleasant actually, with no adverse reaction and not too greasy for me. The only things I was disappointed with: no Oriental chef, and the cashier/server’s slight attitude.
I can certainly understand the one-star ratings by others, but this was just my personal experience with this place. I had no problem with the food.
