Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!! I have celiac disease and not only did they offer gluten free crust, but there is an allergen information menu posted by the toppings, including information on gluten, dairy, and nut allergen friendly options. Even the croutons were separated from the salads in the containers! The woman making my pizza changed her gloves and informed me that there was a separate space in the kitchen to prepare my pizza. 10/10 would recommend!

June 21, 2025: Chicken Filet in Monroe GA. Customer Service was totally unlike any of the hundreds of Chick Filet Fast Food Restaurants we have ever visited. Rude. Unaccomodating. The experience ruined our entrance to my wife's brother's wedding 19 minutes away at 11 AM. We are both Type 1 Diabetic, my wife is L8fe Li g Celiac, I am i. HEART Failure, missing g 3 primary arteries, 1 secondary artery, Resistant to Torsemide and other Fluid Medications. My wife cannot have Wheat or Gluten. I cannot have Salt period. Any, ANY, CFA we have ever gone to will take our order for Waffle Fries - No Salt at 8:30AM forward with a 5 minute wait. A front manager here told me their policy is NOT to Drop Waffle Fries before 10:30 AM, PERIOD. Bossy as well, with that belly stuck out. Two diabetics going to a wedding with NO food in their stomach because of these pitiful Nationalist Fascist NAZI Evangelical Puritan Theocrats. All including Regional Manager down so poorly trained. Forget customer first. Especially when we know SOP is to DROP THE DAMN EAFFLE FRIES and move on.
