The food and service here are exceptional. Many gluten free options, including gluten free buns. I had the pulled pork burger with gf bun. It was so delicious! They also have alcohol beer. We'll be back next time we're passing through Effingham on I-70!!

Why say you offer gluten free options and have educated staff, when all I can eat here as a person with Celiac Disease is a soggy burger and flavorless mashed potatoes? Why did the cashier roll her eyes when we ordered? Why did we get attitude for ordering food with allergy alerts? Fix it.

The person that took care of us, Anthony, was so kind! I have a severe gluten allergy that makes going out difficult. He so happily made my meal safe. He changed out all the serving utensils, washed his hands, put hand sanitizer on, put on new gloves, and grabbed safe lettuce for me. Even when a coworker came to help that didn’t have safe gloves, Anthony chose safety and did not accept the help.
This employee goes above and beyond to help his customers fell safe. I will be telling everyone about this experience! This place is great for those with gluten allergies

I can’t say enough good things about Firefly Grill. The service was great. Nice selection of food and drinks. Gluten and dairy free options. Loved their unique soup options as well.
