Wherever else you are thinking of going to eat will not compare to this place. By dessert it had me looking at homes for sale in the area. 10/10 recommend. I have celiacs and they were very accommodating to my allergies

Super cute location! Stopped by while in town for a horse show, friendly staff who was very helpful with samples and told us all to know about the ingredients. Lots of options for those with dairy and gluten allergies. Reasonable price and you get what you pay for and more.
Would recommend!
A bit pricey but worth it, this spot offers easy pick-up and a one-at-a-time phone service, making it a must-visit when in Galesburg.

The pizza was ok. I'm gluten-free, so we ordered a cauliflower crust. 0ur pizza good, the crust non existent, gf crust needs some adjustment. Maybe mixing in a little xanthan gum and some gluten-free flour it would be more like a pizza and not just a tasty casserole. Our server was Tracy she was excellent checking on us frequently.
Good server, very friendly and on top of our needs. Very good salad bar. Good choice of gluten free meals. Prime rib used to be more tender. Otherwise, good food, but they have decreased the food choices that they had on the previous menus.
We picked them because they had gluten free options. They gluten free bread was actually really good. My italian sandwich had a lot of meat and good flavor. It does seem pretty expensive.
Very tasty food. We had hibachi t-bone steak dinner and deluxe sashimi platter. They were able to prepare the hibachi dinner, which included fried rice, gluten free. Also packed our food in separate bags so that all GF food was clearly marked and in their own bag. Staff was very nice, but not very skilled in attending to my while waiting. And it took a long time to receive for. They estimated 25 minutes, but it was more than an hour. Even so, I would order food from Masa sushi again.
Frequent visitors rave about the huge portions and a unique robot waitress, making this spot a must-try for fresh snacks and a fun experience.

I stop in frequently for their pork spring rolls when I am craving a fresh snack! Aside from their appetizers, portions are huge and I always have enough to take home with me. My gluten-free friend appreciated that the noodles in the pho were safe for her to eat. The waitress even went back into the kitchen to ensure that no gluten ingredients were contaminating her food. We also loved the new robot waitress. Adds uniqueness to this establishment that no other Galesburg restaurant has.
There was a bit of a mix-up on a bill, but I didn't catch it for a few days. Not only did Craft understand the issue but they went beyond to make it right -- three weeks later. So we went back in today. My love had the pastrami sandwich, and he gave me a taste -- tender and delicious! I had bison patties and the grass-fed beef burger, and broccolini. TBH the broccolini was a bit tough-stemmed, but it's not really in season. And the quality of the meats made up for it, anyway! Plus, the pickles. Awesome pickles.
Today the place was crowded, so, sadly, they'd run out of gluten-free bread options. But I am really thrilled with Galesburg -- that a serious quality restaurant with food-issue options is supported! Wheat gives me arthritis symptoms (not uncommon), I'm allergic to pork, and I'm a low-carb diabetic -- and I can eat here!
Not only will we eat here more often, we will be buying meats here. The prices are excellent and the quality is unbeatable.
Known for incredible custom designs and a welcoming vibe, this spot is perfect for events or a cozy coffee break.

We asked The Carriage House to make a bunch of yummy goodies for Jordyn and Isaiah‘s wedding. Even though we are like family to the Anderson‘s, I will say that they treat everyone like family. We had chocolate cupcakes, vanilla cupcakes, vanilla, vegan and gluten free cupcakes(they are delicious), custom designed sugar cookies, which included the tiniest rose flowers and the detail was amazing on every single one. Laura is always a joy to work with, she always goes above and beyond any and all expectations. The staff at The Carriage House is amazing as well. I recommend them for any large event, family gathering, or if you just want to pop in for a good cup of coffee and baked good. We love The Carriage House and can’t thank you enough for making our special day even more special🤍
