Long lines and a busy atmosphere might challenge your patience, but the hearty portions and unique dish quality make it worth considering.

There was a longer line than i have ever seen in culvers and only 2 people running register. When we did get to order i got culver deluxe burger with fries and wife got pot roast with gluten free bun as she has to be gluten free. Forst my hamburger. It was not as good as the butter burgers. Did not have as good of flavor and tasted a little over cooked. Froes were great. The pot roast is a large quantity and surprisingly it was very good. The gluten free bun the top piece had a very nice texture but the bottom was very gritty al.ist like sandpaper. Overall i would give this culvers another shot.
I love visiting Farmers' markets and Goshen is a recent addition to my list. Till now my experience had been visiting this place in the winter and it's more like a flea market than Farmers market it you wish to compare it by definition. There are barely a handful of them, one selling apples, two for salads, and they may carry small produce items like carrots and greens. These generally don't last till after noon (in quantity). Also, I'm not sure if they grow is themselves or are reselling.
There is one fresh smoothie maker who also carries cheeses and few snacks items. One guac guy (I haven't tried him as yet, but will soon). Two I believe are selling meat products, one selling jams and spreads, and three sell bakery items. Apart from food, there are handmade soap products, pottery items, succulent plants, shirts and a compost guy. There are a couple of permanent stores in here I believe apart from what I have already mentioned.
One is a cheese store and the other is Anna's bakery. The bakery has sitting space so you could have breakfast or brunch here during market hours (which I believe are Saturday, 9-1pm). There is not plenty of parking but whatever it is, it's tucked behind the building. The potters guild and a handful of other businesses are also running in the same complex. Overall, I expect spring/summer to be more lively and more produce items to be available. The bakery items are little pricy but you do have gluten free and vegan options. So that's a relief. Must plan a trip as this is indoors so little chance of cancelling if there is bad weather. Have a good time!

Excellent food, an extensive menu of their own brewed beers on tap (though I can't drink beer and wouldn't even if I could), regular shows from local and regional musicians, and a great vibe all make "GB Co" a great place to go with friends. They even offer gluten free sandwich buns and their fries are gluten free (no cross contamination with the oil) as well! If you have celiac disease, you can let them know ahead of time and they will do their best to reduce risk of cross contamination. I have celiac disease and have never had issues eating there. I enjoy pad thai but find GB Co's pad thai to be a little too spicy for me.
Due to the acoustics the noise level can be quite high at peak hours, so this could be more suitable for smaller groups rather than large groups. The large quantity of locals that frequent GB Co speak volumes for how great this place is for hanging out with friends. Overall, I highly recommend Goshen Brewing Company, especially for folks newly arriving in Goshen and looking for a place for drinks and food with friends; please be sure to have a designated driver, though!
Enjoy a chill atmosphere with a dedicated prep area and unique menu options that'll keep you coming back for more!

My wife has Celiac and it is extremely hard to find places to eat. Even those who claim to offer "gluten-free" don't care about contamination, which means nothing is ACTUALLY gluten-free. But The Oasis! They offer lots of great GF menu options and the server confirmed a completely dedicated prep area AND fryer!! The menu selections all looked great, as did the beer and spirits selection. We loved it all and will be back!

Very impressed! My husband is very picky with his pizza. He loved the sauce, crust and the amount of toppings Paesello’s puts in their pies. This his favorite pizza place in town.
In addition to that, I love that they have gluten free personal pizzas for folks like me. Definitely coming back.

Emily did an amazing job for our wedding cake and dessert table! She was a pleasure to work with and so helpful and kind through the whole process. The desserts were delicious and everyone literally loved them! Even the gluten free and sugar free cupcakes were a hit. People without those dietary restrictions had some too, and they said you couldn't even tell!
I asked her if she could set aside 2 of each dessert to make sure my husband and I were able to taste everything even if we missed it at the reception (which we did miss nearly all of them!). She put them in little boxes for us and it was so nice to be able to enjoy them the next day.
The cake was stunning, everything tasted amazing, and I would like to come back for anniversary desserts as a special treat for us each year.

I really appreciate the addition of oat -based ice creams this season! Being sensitive to dairy can be a real bummer, and I'm thankful to be able to enjoy The Chief this year.
Mint Oreo is my favorite flavor so far this season. (Please consider using gluten free Oreos to make this flavor even more accessible. GF Oreos are as good as the original!)
Black Cherry was also good, but I didn't care for the Oatmeal Cookie flavor. Please recreate your original flavors (peanut butter w/gf Oreo please!) -- there's no need to make new flavor combinations!
Thanks again for making The Chief accessible to all! Keep up the good work.

We frequented Hacienda as teens and it's still a favorite. No girls trip back home is complete without Haci chips and salsa -- and ranch, obviously. The Goshen location had a dedicated fryer for chips when we visited l, which made the chips, salsa, and ranch all gluten free for those who need it!

The tacos are out of this world delicious, with freshly made blue and/or yellow tortillas and their fillings full of flavor, but not spicy! We also were deeply impressed and grateful bc their entire menu is gluten free! (You can ask them to hold the dairy on the items that would otherwise be topped with crema/queso fresco for an entirely dairy free meal also!) The Aztec soup is already one of my top fave soups of all time. The outside patio is spacious and the whole vibe of the place is very cool/cute. anyway, yeah, we loved this place.
Also shout out to the vegetarian taco options!
This spot shines with amazing cocktails and a diverse menu that caters to all tastes, making it a must-visit in the area!

Love this place! They have the best cocktails (including Non-Alchoholic) in the region AND delicious food including vegan and gluten free meal options! Their menu is full of all stars, plus, if you're unsure, the staff will happily help you find just what you've been craving!
I really like this place but I wish they had some gluten free baked goods. I also wish they were open later. I'm always wanting to go after work for a coffee and doing my paperwork but they close at 6.
A cozy spot with quick service and a solid selection of dishes; enjoy the generous portions and unique condiments for flavor.

Visited Sunday at 12:30p, half a dozen tables occupied. Waitress/hostess greeted us, we were told to sit anywhere we wanted. We grabbed a booth, 5 min later we got menus. 10 minutes passed before another gentlemen (owner perhaps) took our order. The gentlemen brought the food, drinks, utensils within 10 min. after ordering. My wife had shrimp fried rice and shrimp spring rolls. The spring rolls were great 3-shrimps, spinach & rice noodles in each one, owner brought two sauces because my wife is gluten intolerant. Rice dish was plentiful, lots of shrimp & veggies. I had the Veggie Pho, not the most flavorful broth, bit they had lots of other condiments to flavor it up. Prices were reasonable. Only negative, was the lack of staff for the front of the house, waitress got stuck making smoothies most of the time we were there.
Maple Indian is always delicious, especially the lunch buffet. Most of their menu items are gluten free and the staff are very helpful with accommodating food intolerances or allergies.
Delicious! Their white coffee is so unique. Friendly staff and atmosphere, one of my favorite coffee shops. They even have gluten free bagels, which can be hard to find in this area sometimes!
I have enjoyed my experiences here! I love their tea and that they have gluten free options for those with allergies. Atmosphere is very cozy and staff is friendly. I recommend the is place!
Newly remodeled which was nice. I had a gluten free entree which was served steaming hot. The chef even followed up by coming out and checking on how I liked it. Service was great. We’ll be back.
