We always look for Culver's when we travel because they have excellent Gluten free hamburger buns and take extra care for those of us with allergies. However, this Culver's must use a different supplier because my bun was very dry and crumbly and not at all what I have been used to getting. Also, we ordered food that needed forks and had to go to the counter to get them. When I did, I was totally ignored, even by people who made eye contact with me. I was asking for help and was just ignored until the cashier who was already busy with other customers made someone come help me. It was very rude.
Update: I was asked to contact Culver's and provide more details, which I did. They then sent me some coupons to pay me back for the food I paid for and couldn't eat. The gentleman I spoke with said they would review the footage and perform some training. He also said that the package my bun was in should not have been opened and that might be why it was so dry. Since then I have paid closer attention to the bun package and sure enough, when it remains sealed, the bun is as soft and delicious as I have always found it to be.
So, it does seem they truly care and want to do better. I am pleased that they listened and they are still my favorite fat food restaurant. My local Culver's was full of very nice, attentive folks when I went a couple days ago.

Very friendly staff! Not a lot of options for gluten-free & dairy-free, but I did find something tasty! Costa is wonderful and his restaurant has become one of my favorites!
Best sub I have ever eaten. I had the turkey & provolone “Mike’s Way” on gluten free bread. So delicious with good quality meat & fresh ingredients. Just the perfect mix! Service was excellent!
Expect a clean spot with helpful staff, but be ready to navigate food options without much guidance and check on amenities like the Hibachi grill.

Had to guess about gluten-free foods. Kids at the front desk had no idea if a gluten-free menu existed or what foods would be gluten-free. Thankfully mine's just a sensitivity and not a lethal allergy. The Hibachi grill station was closed, which was disappointing, but also not a big problem. Food was still good and everything was clean.
This spot is great for repeat visits, offering both dine-in and take-out with a unique approach to customizing orders for special dietary needs.

Have visited this location a few times since they opened. When they first opened you could not select your bread online so I emailed them about that. Apparently that is a feature they have to activate. We have done dine in and take out and have had good experiences. We like Jersey Mikes as my wife has a gluten allergy and when we get to our turn in line we notify them and allow them to do it first or last. They always accommodate and its a main reason we opt for Jersey Mikes over other options.

Our family was struggling to find food and this popped up on our search for food near Greenfield and we are so glad that it did. Everyone in our family was able to get something and they all loved it and scarfed all their food down. We love hole in the wall/ mom and pop style or original restaurants without being chains and this was perfect. I loved the option of a Gluten free bun or lettuce wrap and sweet potato fries especially and the mug sauce (speciality sauce) was yummy with the fries.. it was so good we didn’t get pictures before it was all gone. We are staying for ice cream so maybe I will get a picture of that!!
Oh and don’t forget to get Rootbeer!! I don’t drink soda but we got one for our son and it’s the most amazing Rootbeer I have ever had!!

I tried the dabbing potatoes with brisket (great gluten-free option!) and loved it. I got the order to go and wish I would have stayed to eat because I would have asked for more pickled onions and the sauce they put on top! I also got the flan which was superb. Definitely will be back to try more menu options
Excellent staff. Wonderful server. Creative food. Accommodating Chef to my Celiac food issues. Peanut Butter and Jelly burger left me wanting more. I WILL be back!
