I love this place! My favorite is the Surf Bowl because of all the fresh ground peanut butter on it, but there are many delicious and healthy options. Everything is gluten free and organic.
Expect a solid vibe with tasty offerings and a variety of options, perfect for family outings and casual hangs.

All around good spot with tasty offerings. We had the steak salad, calamari, and chicken wings grilled and would eat again. Many gluten free and vegetarian options too. Service was attentive but not overly so.
Discover a treasure trove of unique products, fresh produce, and unbeatable prices that keep everyone coming back for more adventures in shopping.

How can you NOT love Trader Joe's? Like seriously? It's the best place to try something new, be a little adventurous with your tastebuds, and come back for your regulars (or return with no questions asked). My favorites? The Sofrito seasoning 💜, the coocunt aminos 😋, TJ's Gluten-free Sliced bread (pink bag), Plantains chips (unmatched and dangerous!) Nutritional Yeast, trail mixes, the vegan cream cheese (can y'all make this in a larger size? Please and thank you! 😘) and THE LOW PRICES, and the AMAZING FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE...duh. 😎🙌🏽
Boneless chicken wings or way too expensive for what you got one piece was smaller than the size of a quarter. Great pizza though gluten free chicken with tomatoes.

Unfortunately, my visit to The Tavern Grill didn't meet my expectations, leaving me disappointed with both the dining experience and the accommodation of allergens. Despite the elevated prices that suggested a commitment to handling allergens more carefully, there were noticeable gaps in both the kitchen and front-of-house practices.
A significant issue arose with the lack of clear gluten-free indicators on the main menu. The only options provided were to swap a regular bun or crust for a gluten-free alternative. When I inquired about a dedicated gluten-free menu, the server initially claimed there wasn't one, only to later find it, revealing a potential lack of training or unfamiliarity with allergen protocols.
What bothered me most was that the gluten-free alternatives offered, such as swapping a bun or crust, didn't genuinely address allergies. The oversight of other potentially gluten-containing ingredients or cross-contamination risks made me question the purpose of providing gluten-free options when essential aspects seemed overlooked.
Expressing concern about cross-contamination with pizzas, I asked about the possibility of cooking gluten-free crusts separately. Unfortunately, the server informed us that all pizzas were cooked on the same surface, adding to my disappointment.
Taking these issues into account – the absence of transparent allergen information, mixed responses, and the revelation of shared cooking surfaces – the higher prices felt unjustified for the overall dining experience. I had hoped for a seamless and safe meal at The Tavern, but this visit left me disappointed. Sharing this feedback is my way of contributing to an improved dining experience, though as things stand, I don't plan on returning.
To compound matters, our initial experience at The Tavern lacked a proper greeting upon entry. We stood at the hostess stand for several minutes, expecting assistance with seating or at least a simple acknowledgment. This initial lapse in hospitality set a disappointing tone for the evening.
Adding to the letdown, the ambiance at The Tavern fell short of expectations. The lights were surprisingly bright for a Thursday night at 6:30 PM, and the overall atmosphere lacked the warmth and positive vibes one would hope for, further detracting from the overall dining experience.
Regrettably, the staff appeared somewhat aloof, compounding the diminishing appeal of The Tavern. I share these observations with the hope that the establishment can address these concerns and provide a more satisfying experience for future patrons.
Great place to enjoy patio seating with a cocktail and a burger. While not listed on the menu, there are gluten free options; however they do not have a dedicated fryer. Spacious indoor dining and bar with TVs to watch local sports.
Amazing wedding catering that left guests raving about the delicious spread and attentive care, perfect for any special event!

Incredible food and A+ customer service. We had Toma as our caterer for our wedding. So many people came up to us to tell us our wedding had the best wedding food they’ve ever had. We did a buffet style, which was great, and allowed people to come up for seconds. They were also very accommodating to make sure we had high quality dishes to satisfy a number of different diets, including vegan, gluten free, vegetarian, and meat eaters (they’re a great choice for vegans!) But almost most importantly, it felt like they really cared about our wedding and they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 and highly recommend for any wedding or catering event.

Monica was wonderful. The bartender forgot to add sweet and sour to my husband's drink, and Monica went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected. She even packed up our leftovers. I do wish they offered gluten-free options, as I didn't see it on the menu. Overall, decent food, good drinks and exceptional service.

I have visited this location several times. Love the vast majority of gluten free options. Their gluten free noodles are delicious. Can’t go wrong with the mac n’ cheese. Their pad Thai is good too.

My mom and I took my meat loving aunt here. She openly complained the whole time. The server was very nice and helped her pick out something. She walked out after eating and praised the food all the way home. I am gluten free and there were many options. Big portions. Great food!

We've enjoyed both of our first experiences @ Dukes on 7, both take out (we live nearby), and good Gluten-free options for my wife. They were prompt & cordial, good food & quantify/quality & accommodating.

The food here is really tasty. It’s like an authentic version of Chipotle, so it’s better. The chicken is well seasoned, the salsas and queso are also good. My new favorite neighborhood spot. I’m also gluten intolerant and have never had any issues with the salad/bowl options.

Disappointed that the rotisserie chicken salad was discontinued as it was one of the only gluten-free options for my wife. But the staff there tonight provided the best customer service I’ve had at a restaurant in many, many years. The gentleman who took our order went above and beyond to make sure we felt valued as customers and made the best of the limited offerings available for my wife’s dietary needs.
We used Ham's to cater our daughter's wedding on Saturday. It was fabulous! They were so great to work with. They had everything ready to go and packaged and labeled well. The food was FANTASTIC. Everyone commented on how good the sandwiches were. They were able to help us provide a gluten free option, kid-friendly, and nut-free so we had appropriate food to serve all our guests. They were always friendly and worked with our timing needs. I'd HIGHLY recommend them. We'll be going back there often.

We ordered 1 regular and 1 gluten free pepperoni pizza. Both were fantastic. Perfect crust, sweet tomato sauce, thick tangy mozzarella and lots of perfectly crispy and spicy pepperoni. We couldn't be happier that Nico and Diego took over this space. Homerun!
Food is prepared on site with all natural ingredients. All dressings are homemade so no extra preservatives or binders. Many gluten free options with no xanthan gum added. DELICIOUS!!!!

This place is awesome. Best service, excellent food, wonderful staff, and extremely clean and pleasant environment that is both relaxing and warm. The lunch menu is quite expansive and the lunch portions are essentially a dinner portion. The wait times are zero, and the time it takes from ordering to eating is very fast. I am a vegetarian and the menu has quite a few options to accommodate this. The menu also has options for those who are gluten free and, who have other needs. I’ve been here multiple times on various days both busy and slow and the experience is always the same- wonderful. I highly recommend. There is no other sushi or hibachi or other Japanese food that I’ll eat in this area. Prices are also unbeatable. The food is just great.

We have ordered this amazing cheesecake a couple of times now. My daughter and her fiancé love the original! I am celiac so the gluten free crust is amazing!! We highly recommend!!! Best cheesecake out there:)
I have been here a few times and always left happy. Tasty food and creative drinks. I had the shrimp and vegetables, which is gluten free and super yummy. My daughter went for the ribeye steak, which was done perfectly and served with a large portion of garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. My wife had the crab cake BLT. This had a very large cake & came with fries. She said it was excellent. When here try one of their cocktails or a local brew featured on tap.
Service is good. Gluten free bun is nice. Comes in a sealed plastic pouch. The food is good. Not super fast, but fast enough. A little on the pricey side, but worth it.

What a lovely location! We sat at a large round table in a little alcove which made for just the best atmosphere for our group. Our server, Ella, was so so helpful and friendly. Even while she had other tables she was also taking care of, she was continually checking in and offering refills on drinks and sides.
We also had a gluten allergic member of our group, and the manager Andrea came over to let us know exactly how that dish would be handled and the measures taken to keep it safe from contamination. I haven't experienced this at other restaurants before and was so pleasantly surprised by their initiative on that front, especially being a restaurant known almost exclusively for pasta and bread.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and would be happy to return and to recommend this location to others.

The gluten-sensitive-friendly banana bread is worth the trip here. It is moist, soft, and rich in taste, qualities that are relatively rare to find in gluten-free breads. The barista told me the bread is baked fresh and locally by the owners! Thank you to those who bake it and to the barista who did some research to check on an ingredient for me. A real treat!
